"The double rooms are very nice. However on my second day I switched rooms to a 4 bed room and the shower was dirty with hair in it. The garden is nice, but the staff didn’t allow us to sit at the jazz show without ordering a drink and the next day at the same garden I was having some fruits and the staff said I cannot eat or drink in the garden???"

"I thought it was pretty good. Aside from the lack of air conditioning and a hairdryer, which was a little inconvenient, everything else was satisfactory. The location is excellent; there's a small entrance next to Tours train station, just a short walk across the street and around the corner to reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to the train station; the next morning, it was only five minutes from my room to the platform. Not only is it convenient to get to the train station, but it's also a 20-minute walk to Tours Cathedral and the riverbank. There's also a light rail station downstairs. The front desk staff were very welcoming, greeting me every time I entered or left. The room was large and spacious. It even had an iron, vacuum cleaner, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The bathroom was also very large. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, but thankfully Tours wasn't hot during my stay, and it was cool enough with the window open. There was also no hairdryer, but thankfully my hair is short and dried quickly."

"Sound insulation is really bad. When the lodgers upstairs walked, they heard a loud creaking sound of the wooden floor, which was very painful. The staff are friendly. The parking lot is narrow."

"We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable"
