"The room amenities, fitness facilities, and service were all excellent. Just a couple of minor suggestions: the toothbrush bristles were too hard and cheap, hurting my gums. Also, the font on the shower gel and shampoo bottles was too small for elderly people with poor eyesight to read, which needs improvement."

"first impressions, simple, nice, clean and quite spacious room. minimalist style and cozy. AC was cold. Shower runs well. And there is water dispenser on the hotel corridor for refill. Also 2 water bottle inside the room. I think this is good. The service was good and the staff were nice. the hotel location in-front of the Manahan stadium. You can jogging or have a morning run. Several foods street on the surrounding area. it would be good to be back again later and stay at Zest Parang Raja Solo"

"Alila is a nice hotel , but being a city hotel lacks the personal touch . A personal request made at the time of booking from my husband was ignored, which was disappointing. Aside from waiting 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to the room and the front desk not responding to an enquiry to pay a room upgrade. The hairdryer is so sad for 5star hotel, i hope you change it. It’s works but it very difficult to use, even when you put up the hairdryer is off, so basically you only can dry the front hair. Modern hotel should have modern amenities as well. Too tired to raise a complaint so i just leave it there. everything was ok. Breakfast is good 👍 Most of the staff is friendly. Is not bad but not that good ."

"A month ago, I stayed at Zigna Kampung Batik for our family holiday. We booked the Deluxe Room and the Suite Room, and honestly we had such a pleasant experience here. We were really happy because the hotel gave us complimentary mirror art and a slice cake, such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! The location is super strategic, very close to Kampung Batik Laweyan and many great culinary spots in Solo, so it was easy for us to explore the city. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay, which made us feel comfortable. The facilities are also quite complete considering the price is still very affordable. Maybe the hotel can improve the cleanliness a little more, especially around the bathroom amenities area, and also minimize missed guest requests for an even better experience. Overall, our stay was really worth it and we truly enjoyed our time here. Definitely will come back again next time we visit Solo!"

"The room size was sufficient. We were told the phone system was broken and to use WhatsApp for communication, but it wasn't fixed during our 3-night stay. The towels were stiff, old, and some even smelled, so I hope they improve their management. Breakfast had a wide variety."

"The room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted."
