Scenic Hotels in Oslob

"Wonderful hotel! The views are stunning! The staff helps with transfers. The beach has some rocks, but it's not a problem as they are large. The water is clean and clear. Turtles even swim up to the beach! The only thing is its cliffside location. To get to your room, the beach, or out to the street, you'll need to use stairs, some of which are quite steep. If you have mobility issues, a heart condition, or struggle with endurance, this might not be the place for you. But if you're fine with that, definitely book it! You won't regret it! (Well, except for all the constant stair climbing, haha)."

"Fantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time"

"From our arrival to the end of our stay the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was clean, however the air-con temperature setting could not be controlled by the remote control or on the machine itself. It was set to 24 all the time. Bathroom was adequate too. The restaurant had two areas, indoor and outdoor, both brilliant to see the sun rise in the morning. Food was great! The massage chair was an extra treat. An elevator would be great to help guests going up floors especially for seniors and those who have knee problems as the hotel has 3 floors and the stairs are quite steep with each step. The swimming pool was cool but lacked extra deck chairs due to space restrictions."

"The place was so clean and safe. It has a private parking. But the breakfast was so late. We were are not able to eat. Next time prepare it early and prioritize the current customer at the hall rather than serving the food when it is all done cooking. The rest is good."

"Nice, cheap place to stay. Right on the water and has a decent pool with bar and restaurant. About 15 minutes away from whale shark area. Only complaint is that the WiFi isn’t great... went in and out of service entire stay"

"We had a good stay at this place! The pool is clean and refreshing, and the rooms are spacious enough for two guests. Having a CR with a heater was definitely a plus, and the service was okay. On the downside, the breakfast could be improved, as they charge the same price even if some items (like eggs) are missing. Food options are also quite limited, and the rocky shore might not appeal to those who aren't fans of rugged seaside views. Overall, despite a few minor issues, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience!"

"Great spot for relaxing and being right by the water’s edge. Host is friendly and welcoming and will make sure you have everything you need or want. Not a lot of amenities and food is brought down from a local restaurant and is of a good standard."

"Comfortable place, 5 minutes from sharks. Welcome staff, lots of useful advice, tries to help in all problems and issues. Well just note that the bathroom with toilet is common. Not a big problem, but in the description is hidden. I recommend"

"If you are going to oslob for the whale sharks, this is the best place to book! They are a walking distance from the bus stop. Just a 2 min walk after you get off the bus! The hotel is small but extremely clean. The hotel staff are very helpful and they book you for the whale sharks. You will be on 1 of the first boats to get in the water. To see the whale sharks. Their diver comes at 5am to pick you up and take you! Just book 1 night - do the whale sharks and leave as their is nothing much to do in oslob. That’s the only reason people go to oslob for. The breakfast service is extremely slow and disgusting. We waited 40 mins to get a plate of 2 toast and 1 egg and 1 sausage, it’s not satisfactory at all! There is a 7//11 near by so just get some thing to eat there. Because we were very hungry when we got back and had to wait 40 mins so it was very frustrating! I advise get to the breakfast area ASAP after you’re done with the whale sharks or just buy something from the 7//11 to combine with your breakfast. For dinner - there are some local street foods around. The rooms are big, bathroom is big but the shower head was broken. The WiFi is extremely slow, the towels are very old and worn out, almost thinning out ( seems to be used for 20 years- that’s how worn out it is) all In all, the place is just suitable for 1 night just for the whale sharks. Advise you to use a good underwater camera. Use your phone at your own risk"
