Scenic Hotels in Selcuk

"One of the best - if not THE best - hotel experience/s we ever had!!! ❤️ This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕 But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ... We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ... If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!! Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ... Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel. Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️"

"This place is located in the Old Town, very close to the archaeological museum, which is a must-see – all the treasures from Ephesus are there. The owner was very welcoming. We forgot to return our audio guides, and the owner kindly returned them for us without charging anything."

"It's right from Selchuk station, so you won't get lost, and the bus to Ephesus is nearby and the location is great. There were many restaurants and supermarkets around. There is no elevator, but the staff helped me carry it. Do you have a family? It was very kind. ３ The room was small because I stayed with people. But the breakfast was also volume and very delicious. It is a hotel that I want to stay if I have another chance."

"We stayed at Nisanyan Hotel, nestled in the hills near Ephesus. The charming little town of Şirince is just about a 10-minute walk up the hill from the hotel. It's a small town, but it has some lovely local shops and taverns, and the atmosphere really captures that Turkish village feel. We paid to upgrade to a detached, two-story villa this time. The room was incredibly spacious: two bedrooms upstairs, a living room downstairs, and a large fireplace. The overall sense of space was great, making for a very comfortable stay – perfect for a family looking to relax and unwind. It's worth noting, though, that the room definitely has a vintage feel. Both the building and the furniture are a bit older. If you're someone who prefers 'new hotels' or 'modern decor,' you might want to adjust your expectations beforehand. However, if you appreciate accommodation with a touch of history and a rustic style, you'll likely find it quite charming. We visited in winter, and the town closed quite early in the evenings, with fewer people around and not many restaurant or activity options. Luckily, the hotel's own restaurant was pretty good, and our dinner experience was satisfying. Overall, this hotel is better suited for a slow-paced, holiday-style trip. If you're just passing through for one night, it might feel a bit wasted. But if you stay for 2-3 days, taking your time to relax in the mountains and enjoy the surrounding scenery, your experience will be much better. Coming in the summer would probably be livelier and have more of a vacation vibe."

"It's alright. The location is very close to all the attractions in Ephesus, which was convenient since we were driving. The breakfast was plentiful, but eating the same thing every day got a bit monotonous. If you need housekeeping, be sure to tell the front desk and give them the key."

"It's more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The friendly host made me feel comfortable during my one-day stay, which was nice. They also run a restaurant, so it was nice to visit when it was hard to find a restaurant late at night. Breakfast was served as a one-plate meal prepared by each person, and it was a good time to exchange travel information with other guests, so it was a fun time."

"Near Ephesus, the car can be parked on the side of the road. Can walk to the city center, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, breakfast is also very good. The downside is that the room is a bit thin, and the place may not be enough if the luggage is large."

"I stayed here for a short trip and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring Rotorua. Check-in was smooth and staff were helpful during my stay. The room was quiet and had everything needed for a short visit. Overall, it was a convenient base for sightseeing and I would consider staying again for another trip."

"A quiet hotel in the middle of the noisy. The view of the yard on the mountain is really full of olive trees and fruit trees, but the hotel’s facilities are average. Old towels and bath towels. Breakfast is also the simplest in the whole process. Dinner taste is also very average. Although it is on the mountain, it is not at night. People stop talking and dogs barking especially affect the rest. The owner is very warm, friendly and handsome. Haha will help take the box and talk a lot. The hotel’s homemade welcome drink is very delicious. Overall, it is still very pleasant due to the owner’s enthusiasm, but it should be Won't come again because I really don't rest well"

"Mustafa is very helpful！ The breakfast is awesone，worth to stay！"
