Room and facilities were adequate. Location good, near the sea front. Evening meal was reasonable but not many choices. Some breakfast options were unavailable or had run out well before the end of the session. Be warned the car parking is charged for 24 hours from the time of your arrival. On our checkout day I asked reception if it was ok to leave our car in the car park for a couple of hours. I was told this was fine. When we came to pay we were charged for an extra day’s parking because we had gone past the time when we had arrived two days before. I felt that this should have been made clear as we had to pay an extra £7 for about half an hour’s parking! £21 instead of £14. The staff were rather offhand and unhelpful.

The beds are comfortable. Check in was easy. "Dean Brook" made our stay the best. He deserves five stars himself. He helped make a stay all the better. Very easy walk to beach. Good location. Fairly quiet, even though our room faced the street. Tesco grocery is right next door. Restaurant food pretty good for dinners, however they were always out of quite a few menu items. No one ever cleaned up outside the hotel and we were there for a solid week. The same used vape pen was still on the ground all week and other garbage. They charge seven pounds a day to park and other "none hotel" people can also park there for the same price, so in summer time, I would think that would be a problem, as the parking lot is small. Some staff needed more training or at least have the same rules because we were always hearing something different on a daily basis.

Fairly nice hotel. Good location. Bedroom and bathroom clean and fair sized. Communal areas like stairways not very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing a service/general care none existent so would go elsewhere for that. Some nice cafes on seafront. Great indian restaurant around the corner

I booked an accessible room for my mother. The email confirmation came through as a standard double, for 1 and half hours I rang the hotel, when a man finally answered he assured me my mum would get an accessible with wet room (rm 2). When my mum booked in this was not done, she was allocated a standard double on the top floor. Thankfully rm 2 was not allocated and my mum was given that room. No milk in the room, was told they don't supply milk portions, mum was given a cup of milk ! But next day they got their delivery and gave my mum milk portions Quilt cover ripped at the top of quilt, bed sheet didnt fitbthe bed, badly limescaled kettle. Room not 100% clean - Housekeeping don't simply care no more at this premier inn. Bar, well that's laughable, very minimum spirits, don't know why they bother. The staff at The premier inn are inexperienced, the poor girl on reception was from another site and had no clue of the Seaton site.

Slow service in restaurant due to being "busy"... On all three consecutive evenings, staffing obviously pre set without checking Brookings .staff uninterested but had the time to follow me to the lifts to enquire whether or not I had paid for "everything" which was quite embarrassing, especially as I'd paid in advance....(They didn't bother to check my booking) No bar as such No bar staff and only one draft beer (lager) too many items "unavailable" on menu including peas!!!the whole off the pizza menu(Tesco next door) Nice sized fish and chips but poor curry.... 5 bits of cold chicken and in a Luke warm sauce with a lot of sliced chili's spread over the surface with overcooked rice.Breakfast items including plates were cold. Large carpark unfortunately you pay extra for the privilege.... Tesco carpark next door free as was nearby on street parking. Great location spoiled by the above comments

Room was great, just as expected, decor in the bathroom looked a bit tired. No tea, coffee or milk,it was left empty. It's a busy premier inn and could benefit with a bigger reception desk and an extra member of staff for checking in and enquiring. Long wait times. A nice little restaurant that seemed to have enough staff but tables were left dirty for a long time and I had to remind them that we would like to order. Service very slow, food came out quick. Dirty tables at breakfast too! It's a lovely location but you have to pay to park your car in the carpark. I Love Seaton,so would definitely return but maybe find somewhere in town to eat.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the half term This is our 3rd stay here. We book this hotel as it's a fantastic location for visiting the Donkey Sanctuary and surrounding areas. The rooms are always spotless and smell fresh when you walk in. The evening meals are always delicious, we couldn't fault the chefs! The only thing I would say, like many places, is that they didn't have enough staff in the evening. They were working so hard, and remained friendly, but one extra person would have really helped. The breakfast, all the hot food was always available, there was plenty of choice. Plenty of cereals, pastries, fruit and yoghurt. There is something for everyone. We look forward to our next stay, it's worth the 230 mile journey!
