The serviced apartment was better than expected, with a kitchen. The parking lot is multi-storey. There is a gate every time you enter the parking lot. You need to go to the front desk to register the license plate number of the car. After entering, the parking lot gate will open automatically. It is also convenient to travel nearby. Although there are few breakfast items, the quality of the ingredients is very good. The hotel room is also very quiet. I rarely meet guests. Occasionally, I meet guests staying in the hotel with dogs. This hotel allows pets. I wonder if I need to make an appointment in advance? The facilities in the hotel room are also complete. It is next to the road but there is no super noise. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one is indeed a very pleasant stay experience. I will come again in the future.

Very close to UW University, subway and supermarket are very convenient. The room is very spacious and the design is very thoughtful. Not only is the bathroom separated into dry and wet areas, but the bed and bathroom are also separated by a wardrobe and TV cabinet to avoid disturbing each other. I especially like the hotel's pajamas, from the pineapple color to the texture, they are so comfortable,

Good for location and service.The comforter is really so comfortable.This guys creat a new way to comforter( not so heavy and new design of sheet) on sleeping issues.I seems meet on promoting era,I could get a free beverage on one night standing. I came to see my son. This hotel is right next to his apartment. It is very new and very clean overall. I will stay for 10 days. Because of the price, I booked two room types, one with a king bed and one with a lake view. The room space is suitable, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the water supply is good, and it is comfortable in the rain; it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, so you need to bring your own. The power sockets are all American style and require conversion sockets. Catering service is not included in the room rate, but there is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order meals from the menu. The most important thing is that the gym is super professional! Parking fee is additional, $40 per day

I gave a corner room, and the three adults did not feel crowded. The hygiene is very clean, and there are no traces of water stains in the corners of the bathroom! ! Coffee is a Starbucks on the bad street, and a pack of diy popcorn! There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a Starbucks next door, and there are also fast food restaurants nearby. Although not in the commercial area, but there are also cvs, high-end supermarkets nearby, buying small things is not a problem! ! The nearby Kerry Park is a great place to watch the sunset, which is a little tired to climb the hillside.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

It's really nice. The room is new, clean and has a sense of technology. It's not too small. The bed is very comfortable and big. The view was optional when checking in, and it gave me a good view on the 6th floor. There were many meals below, so we went to the wholefood market to eat boxes. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Pike Place Market. It is 15 minutes to the light rail and can be directly accessed from the airport, but it is a bit expensive and you have to pay four additional taxes.

The hotel is located in the urban area, more than 10 minutes' walk from the Starbucks Reserve store. The entrance to Highway 5 is nearby, making it convenient for self-driving. The room is large and suitable for family travel, with a microwave and refrigerator. Because it's close to the highway, it's a bit noisy outside at night.

The room was big& comfortable. There was a microwave& Keurig inside the room. No drinking water inside the room unless you ask for it. It was located in what seems like a quieter area, but still not too far from Pike Place Market & Space Needle

Room was very clean and location was great. Room size was also spacious with the given price. However, room service took relatively long and we found that the front desk was always unstaffed and also was unattended at times. However, it was definitely a very enjoyable stay overall.
