Seattle Hotels with Shuttle Service

Stayed at this property twice in 9 days at the beginning and end of our cruise, This property is very convenient to the airport. I normally would have given the property an Excellent rating except for an issue with the most relevant aspect of the property. The property has a 24/7 airport shuttle which runs every half hour. The property shuttle will also take you to many local dining establishments which is very convenient. Due to the really bad lines at the airport, it is very important to get to the airport early so you don't miss your flight. Upon check-in, I signed up for the shuttle to catch my flight in the morning. I literally watched the young lady at the desk write my name, room number and time in the book. The next morning, I went out early to the shuttle and was rudely told by the driver that I was not listed for a trip and I could not be taken to the airport. The shuttle left without me. I then spoke to someone at the desk who agreed to get me an Uber. Not that I blame the hotel, but the Uber showed up really late because he apparently ran an errand before he picked me up. This whole episode really cause a lot of anxiety and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast is a to go very early in the am and then becomes hot and cold food after a certain time (don't recall the time). The hot breakfast was very good. Every one working at the hotel desk is very nice and professional. One real advantage of this property is that they will let you check in early after your cruise once a room is available.My only advice staying here is before you go to sleep, call the front desk and make sure you are on the shuttle.

Free parking, breakfast included. The hotel environment and services are good, very close to the airport.

I thought it would be very ordinary, but the stay felt very good. The first is that the decoration is relatively new, there are heating, microwave ovens, coffee machines in the room. Secondly, the room is good and there are no obvious stains. And the staff at the counter are very friendly.

This place was picked on its location to the Princess cruise port. We needed a pre-cruise stay, and I was able to book two rooms with points and cash. The day of the stay, the hotel called and asked us and our other travel couple would stay in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite? I confirmed that it was indeed a two BEDROOM, two BATHROOM, and it was for the same price as our one room and points were refunded! It was confirmed and with an easy check-in, we were into our room for our stay. We had dinner across the street at Cairde Public House Bar & Restaurant, and the next morning a quick bite in the breakfast room. The hotel was packed that weekend and we used the breakfast overflow. Thank you Maxine and Jeff at the Hampton Inn for helping us kick off our vacation.

Great location 10 minute walk from SEATAC train station. You can even walk from the terminal here if you wanted (25 mins). Clean, very friendly staff. For the price, worth the stay. Safe as well.

Worked well for one night stay before departure with airport shuttle and plentiful breakfast. Although room furniture needs updating, room size was good for three adults and service was outstanding. Helpful, patient, and sokution oriented staff made this an even better stay.

I used their airport parking which charges less than the actual airport. The shuttles were not as often as advertised as I was considering taking an Uber while I waited. When I returned to my car after my trip there was a sticker on my window saying my car would be towed or booted that day! It was late in the day but I had prepaid for parking and was still within my paid for time. I’m not sure how this happened and although I’m grateful my car was still there I was quite angry they were somehow unaware that my vehicle was allowed to be there. At the gate while exiting there was no way to scan my prepaid parking and I had to can an attendant who seemed annoyed. I immediately reached out to the hotel via my Marriott Bonvoy account and although it has now been a week I never heard back. I do not recommend them for parking. Parking areas are also dimly lit and seem like they could leave vehicles vulnerable.

Let me begin by saying I was born and raised in Washington. I know very well what a nasty place Southcenter can be and I knew this was not the Ritz Carlton, but this was a once in a lifetime disaster. The main reason my wife booked the hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub. Well, they do but it's ”under construction” and of co**** this is not listed on any site. Upon further investigation, it would appear that the pool had been closed or months, possibly years. We checked in and when we arrived at our room it was not very clean to say the least. The bed seemed clean and that was all. My wife took a few pictures that I have attached. We tried to settle in and deal with it but all of the sudden the room began to vibrate. Somewhere in close proximity to our room was the housekeeping laundry and the washer spin was shaking the room so bad I felt my vertigo start to trigger. We went and asked for another room and they gave us one. This room was just as dirty, but the bed was also broken. Not more than 15 minutes after we arrived at the new room the fire alarm went off and shut off again. A couple minutes later it went off again and shut off. We thought it was a test so we waited a couple of minutes and then I saw red flashing lights come through the window. The fire department had arrived. Now it's time to see what is happening. My wife and I arrived in the lobby in time to meet the fire dept. head demanding to see the manager. She was on the phone and another employee asked if he could help. The fireman demanded to see the manager. She finally came out and guess what the fireman asked? Why did you cancel the fire alarm twice when there was a fire in the fitness room? He was irate with her. So now they have officially endangered the lives of every person in the hotel and we were not about to stat after that. We said we were checking out and asked for a refund. The receptionist checked us out and refunded the second night but my wife noticed not the current night stay. She said she couldn't and called the manager over. She said ”I don't know what you heard, but you have already been here so I won't refund you for tonight.” We had been there less than 2 hours and she refused to refund the night.

Hotel and room were very nice. Check in procedure very bizarre - front desk clerk didn't check anyone in until exactly 3p, which caused an unneeded long check in. Room given had the absolute worst view. Window faced a couple metal A/C units on the roof. Restaurant (open only Thu-Sat) and ****** both not in operation during our stay. The bed and pillows were amazing - had great sleep at our home away from home. The temperature control worked flawlessly and we were comfortable at a time Seattle was seeing unusual 100-110 F, 90% humidity days ... Very pleased overall, would definitely repeat.
