MMilegegeThe location is good and the room is big. But there are no disposable slippers, no bathrobes, and no razors. On the second day of check-in, I returned to the hotel at night and found that no one had done the cleaning. I went to the front desk and asked someone to change the towels. I returned to the hotel on the afternoon of the third day and found that the room was still not cleaned. I had to go to the waiter again. A five-star hotel with more than $300 a day should not have such service.

GGuest UserThe location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.

GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

GGuest UserJust needed a overnight stay for an exam the next morning. Checked in pretty late around 9pm ish.
Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

GGuest UserLocation is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!

MMark1203The front desk staff, whether on the morning or evening shift, were all very friendly and happy to help and answer any questions. The accommodation was generally clean and tidy, although the living room only had a table lamp (which provided sufficient light) as there was no ceiling light. It's a shame the air conditioning unit was only in the living room, as the bedrooms couldn't get any effective cooling or heating. Room cleaning was done daily during the day, even if you didn't hang the 'make up room' sign. The free breakfast consisted of two pieces of fruit, an energy bar, and mineral water. Hot coffee was available 24 hours a day (though it wasn't very good). The location is good, with various public transport options within a ten-minute walk.
