GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! It's a ten-minute walk to Pike Place Market, ten minutes to the subway station, and five minutes to the waterfront. It's quite clean. I stayed in a four-person dorm, which was a bit small, but perfect for a solo traveler. There's a small bar downstairs, and a kitchen with a fridge available. Showers are shared. The value for money is unbeatable, but be warned: there are many homeless people outside, and it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to a bar. So, there are pros and cons. Overall, if you're looking to save money, it's a solid choice.

JJonathan LiemGood place for solo/budget travel. Every other hotel is over triple the price, I really appreciate this hostel for being affordable. I like that there was a large storage place under the bed. Plenty of room for each traveler.
Bathrooms are not very clean though. The fixtures also seem old and run down. I understand that a lot of people come through, so that suggests that cleanings should happen more often. I can accept this though given that this is the most affordable place to stay in Seattle.

Mmd825Very well equipped bathroom, room and shared kitchen facilities in this apartment. Clean and modern throughout. Location is pretty good, 30 min (hilly!) walk to downtown or there are buses. Check-in process is online and was unnecessarily long and complex, so could be made easier. However, overall would definitely recommend staying here!

GGuest UserJust needed a overnight stay for an exam the next morning. Checked in pretty late around 9pm ish.
Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

GGuest UserBest motel we’ve been to these few years and great price for Seattle visit. Very clean, has A/C, clean linens/ towels which smell good, and hot shower with good water pressure. Kitchen has all the basics we need with a microwave, coffee maker and a good size fridge with separate freezer compartment. The motel is gated using a code to get in so I did feel safe. It’s a renovated motel so the bath room does have musty smell and mild water leakage. Thank you for all the efforts to provide a clean and comfortable room for our stay.

PParkDaehanEven though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.

FFiona5No staff onsite before 3pm so don’t arrive early. Offered check-in before midnight. Looks more like a motel than a hotel. Facilities are pretty old but overall it was quiet and there was no issue.

JJIAJINGA direct road from the city center, will come to live next time, the hotel has refurbished, health is good, nearby is the local auto parts city, play tired go back to sleep. Next time Seattle, I will choose this one.
