"The room is elegant and spacious, and it's considered a large room on the island of Venice. The bathtub in the bathroom is well-designed, but the door cannot be closed from the outside, which may not be ideal if any odors from the toilet waft into the bedroom. Unfortunately, the TV, YouTube, and mobile phone screen mirroring cannot be used. The service, however, is excellent.

"A hotel with a good location, close to a bus stop and a train station, which is important for Venice, since moving with suitcases across bridges is not very convenient, there are only water taxis, good large rooms, comfortable bed, the room was clean, only there was a noisy air conditioner, breakfast was simple excellent, about 25 minutes to San Marco Square, there are many good inexpensive restaurants nearby."

"The Italian brother is very nice. The hotel is also nice. However, I personally retain my views on the front desk of the Indian descent. I encountered a big flood the day before and put all my financial phones on my friends' side and soaked in the water to return to the hotel. Check out the next morning and tell you to pay the city tax. The previous day's flood was the highest water level in Venice in 50 years, and the water reached the waist. Explain that now that there is no financial or mobile payment, the front desk can say that don't even leave without giving money. It is understandable that the city tax needs to be paid, and it is not said that it will not be paid. But the front desk didn't say a word like sorry. It's your problem directly, you can't leave without paying. I don't understand that a service representative representing a hotel is asking for money just like a kidnap."

"I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is good, everything is easily accessible. At first we were disappointed with the rooms, we were in a kind of annex on the ground floor, the furnishings were not as elegant as in the pictures. But the advantage was that we had a second room in both rooms, so it was good in terms of space and space. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. The beds are also worth replacing, thanks to my weight I was able to flatten the bed springs. One advantage is the quiet, you don't hear anything from the Bar al Parliamento, a source of unrest until 1.30am.
Breakfast very good, staff friendly and helpful."

"The location of the hotel is very good. It can be reached within 10 minutes' walk from the two pavilions of the Venice Biennale. After visiting one pavilion, you can also go back to the hotel to rest and go to another. It takes 15 minutes to walk to St. Mark's Square. Three minutes next to the hotel, there is a boat docking point boat that can take to San Marco Airport. My plane was late, and it was only from the airport at 9:00 in the evening. There were also bus boats to reach the hotel. The sea can be seen from the room. The hotel owner is also very good and provides a lot of useful help and information. The staff is also very good. I went out in the morning to meet the cleaning female staff and asked if I needed a bottle of water to take away. The hotel room is very spacious, the refrigerator has a variety of drinks and milk is very practical and convenient as well as cereal and biscuits. Breakfast can be solved in the room."

"Good place: The location is super good, St. Mark's Square is the hotel by boat, and it is convenient to go anywhere by boat. The room is also very large, breakfast is OK, the balcony view of the reservation is also very beautiful, there is a happy hour every afternoon.
Bad place: Ctrip booking pictures are deceptive. The scenery of the standard double room is the two pictures I sent out. It can be said that there is no scenery at all. If someone wants to book a good view, don't book a standard double room. Others' Ctrip photos are cheated! The hotel also arranged room 301 on the 3rd floor. Next to a balcony public bar toilet, a bit disgusting. Hotel for more than 3,000 nights, if it is this scenery and environment. Still persuade everyone to consider more."
