Clean hotel with friendly host. Great value

Highly recommended. 2BR Apartment is spacious and fits our group of 4 persons. Very clean, comfortable, convenient. All amenities are provided. Nice weather. Good sercvice and friendly staff.

Highly recommended with good location to the Ballarat city and various supermarkets

Aesthetic room that was pretty spacious and comfy bed. The movable TV had netflix and youtube which was amazing and the dining table was a plus point.

Good location near the highway. Nearby to some food that opens till late. Clean and overall good for a motel.

Large rooms, quiet place, couple minutes walk from Coles and other shops, an outdoor pool, rooms with spas and foxtel and you can place an order for breakfast by 9pm the night before. The breakfast is brought to your door; juices, yoghurt, cereals, eggs, spaghetti, sausages on toast and more and it is of a good quality. Great place and helpful staff

The service is good. The location is good. I will stay next time.

Good place to stay in Ballarat

Nice clean and good acommodation for a family, with 3 beds for kids.

The apartment decor was outdated but for the price we didn't expect the Ritz. The place was lovely and clean and that was the most important thing. We looked at the food menu but felt it was a little overpriced for what was on offer. We were happy overall wirth our stay.

Nice and clean place. My 81 yr mother stayed 2 nights there. Is not close to anything really which we didn't realise so she couldn't walk to get food. Did have booked for christmas and prepaid by flooding has now prevented her from travelling and they will not refund any of the booking money which is very dissapointing given we gave 8 weeks notice. Will not book here again foe this teason stayineg there

The owner is friendly, the room is clean, and the price is very reasonable. The cheapest night I booked on the Great Ocean Road, but it was great value for money and there was a large supermarket nearby.

There are many TV stations, and there is a large Coles next to it. The boss speaks Chinese and is smiling and polite. The room is spotless. The only suggestion...it would be better if the single bed doesn't face the bathroom...For the boss's reference.
