Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

We came last year and done all the beach experiences and it was amazing BUT THIS YEAR has been amazing…We have had great fun doing the pool games and loved joining in it’s been so much fun,especially the beach car and parasailing it’s the best thing to do!!!!

For me this is the best hotel. I love the interior and exeterior. The pool is the best i have ever seen. The serviceis more than amazing. The animation is amazion - Tito, Barbie and Tchiko have such a good energy and love their job! This is our second stay at the hotel and will deffinetly will come again!

Fabulous hotel, superb pool area, amazing animation team, plenty of fresh food and branded spirits! What’s not to love! Hotel - spotlessly clean, staff friendly and lots of them Pool area - huge, never felt crowded, great pool bar and snack bar close by. Fantastic slides. Spa - beautiful and amazing treatments Buffet - plentiful and hot, a little repetitive but then I find that with all inclusives everywhere Room - massive, huge corner terrace, iron, ironing board, tonnes of toiletries, robes, slippers, decent aircon, superb! Animation team - absolutely brilliant, they made our holiday, they work so hard to provide entertainment for holidaymakers from water polo to pool games, aqua aerobics, zumba, football, archery, darts, so much on offer. Shops - overpriced as they have a captive audience but again you expect this and it’s only €15 to Kuşadasi. Big shout out to Tito and the rest of the animation team for making our holiday so fantastic, they won’t forget Gary in a hurry I’m sure!

The food was amazing. The staff were friendly the beach was quite. Hotel was clean. Variety of food available at different times. Late breakfast lunch and dinner was a good idea! Fresh waffles. Ice cream was extremely tasty. Food theme nights were fantastic, cooked fresh on the go. Desserts were full of flavours. Slides were fun, location was stunning backdrop of green mountains. The beach was so clean. Entertainment was really good. People at reception quickly met needs and issues were sorted quickly. Definitely recommend we stayed for 6 nights. Definitely worth it. Lots of pools and lots of activities for children.

We returned from our holiday at Korumar in the early hours and all had a fabulous time. We took a private transfer to the resort with Boss and they are great. They were ready to meet us at the airport and had cold water on hand for the journey. On arrival at the hotel we were met by a bell boy who took our luggage and showed us to reception. Check in was quick and easy and we were told that there would be food available from 11pm at the night buffet. Room: We had booked a family room as we have a teenage daughter who seems to spend an eternity in the shower so the two bathrooms worked well for us. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The cleaner was lovely and made various towel displays during our stay. Grounds: the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and spacious. You see staff cleaning and gardening all day long, despite the heat. Although the hotel was getting quite busy towards the end of our stay we never felt cramped and there was never an issue getting sun loungers or umbrellas. The beach is lovely and wide with a very shallow slope into the water. You can walk quite a distance out and the sea is still only at waist height. The pool is huge and we didn’t find it too cold at all, in fact it was welcome relief from the heat! The splash park was popular with the smaller ones and there seemed to be plenty lifeguards dotted around all areas. The slides are only open for a few hours a day but plenty time for people to have a good few goes. Food/drinks: we had no problem finding something to eat at every meal albeit the breakfast and snack bar options are a little repetitive but no more so than any other AI resort. Breakfast was traditional Turkish options, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, omelettes, toast, fried eggs, pancakes, chocolate sauce etc. No bacon/ traditional sausages as expected in a predominantly Muslim country. We ate at the snack bar for lunch and there was always salads, burgers, chips or wedges, crispy chicken or fish and the most delicious gozemle and pide. There is also an ice cream station at the snack bar aswell as at the patisserie when you can also get waffles and cakes. Evening buffet was again fine for us- they had a few different themed evenings- Mexican/ Turkish/ Asian and we always found plenty to eat. As the hotel got busy towards the end of our holiday it was a little manic in the restaurant so we tried to sit outside and having tipped a waiter early on in our stay, we found they were very attentive at refreshing drinks etc. There are also plenty of bars dotted around the resort- the lobby bar do the best cocktails and the terrace is a lovely setting to watch the sunset. The pool bar was the only one where we had some criticism as there just isn’t enough staff manning it at busy times. The staff will always ask who is next but not every guest has the courtesy to wait and some do push in resulting in a long wait to be served. Special mention to Meltem who works on the various bars- she was always very lovel

Nice all inclusive hotel however expect a bit more for a 5 star. There are a lot of easy simple changes they can do to improve the experience. 1. Improve the wifi. It is very poor and can barely use it in the rooms. 2. Fix the showers. They would either be freezing or scalding no nice warm in between. 3. In other 5 star staff have been very friendly smiling and chatting and at lunch make sure your drink is always full and you’re satisfied. Here is the opposite however no smile or even a simple good morning and you’d have to pester the staff to get a refill at dinner. 4. We paid extra for a sea view and from the photos you can see you have to break your neck to see a glimpse of the sea i dont know how they can get away with advertising this. 5. Finally, jet2 advertise this as 3 a la carte restaurants. However, they are all the same restaurant that has a different theme (Mediterranean, seafood, Turkish) each day. The leftovers are then offered at the buffet the next day anways! 6. In the restaurant we were pressured to leave a tip but we had no money and when we left we were left with dirty looks and no one speaking to us again. 7. The night time entertainment is quite frankly appalling.
