Simple budget lodge situated not far from town area, it is walkable, and if want to take a Grab, it's just 4 minutes from the town area. There is a supermarket nearby with some simple eateries. Reception is helpful with the requests made. There is no fridge or electric kettle in the room, however, you can get hot water at the reception. The room is generally clean however the stairway could do a little more cleaning as it was always dusty.

About 10 minutes’ drive from downtown Semporna The water heater in the room is small and the hot water is insufficient There is no refrigerator in the room. You need to ask the staff in the lobby for assistance. One of the staff can speak Chinese and is very enthusiastic Don't expect breakfast, not very good Then there were ants in the jam, and some of them tasted like fermentation. The environment is nice and quiet, but the soundproofing is not good. You can hear the sound of cars on the road at night. Overall, it is much better than the accommodation in downtown Semporna and the price is much better. recommend

The environment is really great, mainly because there are no water houses blocking the view. You can look at the sea while lying on the bed, and you can snorkel in the sea from the room. There are many starfish, sea urchins, tropical fish, and even Nemo. It is much better than those so-called water houses in Mabul Island (except MWB). There are delicious donuts for afternoon tea, shrimps for dinner, and crabs for lunch that day. Don't be too demanding about hygiene. The conditions are limited to cold water showers, which I am more afraid of cold and can accept. I don't feel very cold when taking a shower during the day. Don't compare it with any star-rated hotels. It was just that it rained and there were flying insects that night, so I closed the window and waited for a while. The fan room I booked was not hot at all, and it was very cold in the middle of the night and the fan was turned off. I will come again if I have the chance. Recommended.

A wonderful clean hotel for divers. Not suitable for ordinary tourists, because the beach is not well maintained, access to the sea is only from the pier.
