I booked a stay for six days. They live in the wilderness. There is no place to eat nearby. There is no breakfast the next morning after staying. They said that I have to order food with them one day in advance. I have already booked the hotel. Why order breakfast alone? There are no shops nearby and there is no scenery. It takes half an hour to drive to the scenic spot. They didn't agree to check out. In the end, Ctrip customer service came forward to coordinate, and they agreed to refund half of the room fee!
