Absolutely amazing view. The in room pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Just note there is a charge for the adding warm water to the pool. Reception staff members Mr Chin and Mr Samuel very friendly and helpful, asked a lot of question and very patient. TV has Disney plus and Netflix for free and kitchen fully equipped.

Reached there after dinner and the front office personnel were very hospitable. They explained everything patiently and assisted us on our every request. Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend!

This is my first time to Jeju. I think this villa has done its bit to impress me and made me feel like returning soon. Perfect size for family holidays. They had generous amenities which made it very homely for me.

Disadvantages:
1. When booking a room on Ctrip, there is no option for the pool temperature. If you want to book a room with a pool, please be sure to contact the hotel (the front desk manager told me on the day of check-in that I needed to make an appointment one day in advance so that the heater could heat water to ensure the constant temperature of the pool)
2. The location is really remote. It is not in the center of Seogwipo, but in the suburbs. So it is recommended to choose this hotel by chartering a car or driving. For example, I couldn't get a taxi when I came back from dinner nearby. It is recommended that if you still need to play after 8 pm, try to have a car;
3. It rained heavily that day, and the swimming pool is outdoor, so you can't swim at all. I don't know if there is any shelter in the bay room
