Second visit at the hotel. In our subjective view by far the best hotel we have ever been. Service top class, super friendly personell, lots of activities for our kids (indoor soccer, climbing, tours with kids, multiple swing pools, game floor). Welness is top class with minimal of 3 Aufguss sessions per day. The food is fantastic, with service on Michelin level. The location feels like haven. We are a fan!

A wonderful hotel that welcomes people of all ages. We have stayed at this establishment on four separate occasions, and each time we have been met with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging to a large family. The spa features spacious rooms, both indoor and outdoor natural pools, and a kid-friendly family spa. Everything is immaculate. Private spa, two hours in a paradise location. Please try it!! Sensational food, very well presented, which is also a pleasure just to look at. A hotel that has 5 superior stars but should be a 7 stars. BRAVO, Fam. Schalber and Co.!! Until next time. 😍

What an amazing level of service, on the same level with the most luxurious 5* service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything request was possible - prompt, courteous and caring service, amazing food, extremely friendly staff, attention to detail for children (not to mention a huge play area and fun swimming pool), fantastic wellness area, and the owner himself greeting us every evening and upon departure. What more is there to wish for from a family ski hotel? Perfect. Look forward to staying again next year.

Excellent in every way. Service, food, rooms, spa, children's activities and options. Very convenient for skiing as close to the u bahn. Staff are very attentive and hospitable. Special shout out to Tomas Szalbo, Peter Szalbo, Stefan who took care of us this time - could not ask for more!

My family is staying here on 11 -18 Feb 2024 for our Ski holiday. First of all, the hotel and room looks nice. We like the room so much. Back to reality: To go skiing, we have to take the subway and carry ski by ourselves. I asked myself a question…is it a five star service? To be honest, we have been staying in many five star hotels. It is the first hotel that provides no services on this regard. The other 5 star will bring you to the slope or at least to the Tal station. Also, the ski locker cannot be locked. Hmm, don’t ask me why. You should not have any extra request from this hotel. They are not flexible to fulfill your request. Otherwise they will scare you. For example, my kids would like to see more options of DVD to select, the receptionist said to me: “We are not a DVD shop.” I got shocked when I heard this. Sorry to interrupt you with our problem! To conclude, so far I think it is a 5 star for the price, but the service mindset of some staff needs to be improved a lot. I don’t agree that it is 5 star or even 5 star plus. In light of the above experience, I don’t think I can recommend this hotel.

They are personally always for you during your stay!Doing the best and beyond. Cleaning is exeptional. Very quiet and tranquil ambient. The place to enjoy and relaxe. Food is sooo good. We stayed in Schalber for 10 days during the Christmas holidays. The food is amazing, the spa has everything what you can think of. There is a wide inside kids area with a lot of activities. The location is perfect - 20 m from the underground. The service is on a very high level. We were very lucky that we were served by Peter in the restaurant. Happy to come again in the summer.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das herausragende Personal – von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice, alle sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohl. Das Essen ist ein absoluter Genuss – von der köstlichen Nachmittagsjause zur perfekten Zeit bis hin zum exquisiten Gourmet-Abendessen. Hier wird auf höchste Qualität und Genuss geachtet. Auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen: Kletterwand, Tennis und vieles mehr sorgen für Abwechslung. Besonders für Familien ist das Hotel ideal – die Kinderbetreuung ist herzlich und familiär. Die Lage direkt am Skigebiet ist optimal, und der Service in allen Bereichen einfach top. Es ist immer etwas Besonderes, hier zu sein – unser absoluter Favorit für den Winterurlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
