Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Free breakfast for all guests. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. In addition to beer and wine we now offer an assortment of alcoholic beverages. Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee plus an additional 100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Weight must be 50 lbs or less max of 75 lbs per room. Fees are in USD. Service Animals are exempt from fees. April 5-12 2015 - there is The Masters Tournament at Augusta with only Gold Passport blackout dates.

Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!!!! I found one bug on the bed first night and I don’t know what that bug it is. Just thinking maybe it climb up from the floor. My colleague who stay in another room told me he found bugs as well. When I checked out, I found it bite me the whole arm and legs gradually. I searched online and they said it’s bed bugs and it’s hard to get rid of it. To be honest, in my country I have never seen and know what bed bugs is. My US friends suggested me to throw all the clothes in case of bringing them back to China!

The front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly! As were all of the employees at this location. Everyone went out of their way to make sure people were cared for. It’s close to most places in Irmo.

The hotel room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was sparse and the employees were rude except for the front desk clerk. She was very nice but the folks in the breakfast area were rude to everyone and there was barely anything out to eat. We had to ask multiple times for any type of bread to run through the toaster. The eggs were actually a shade of green. I have photos and a video if you need them.

Great staff , clean rooms , quiet safe area , coffee and water was available upon arrival. Definitely would recommend tho I have had the Hyatt experience before always great to ease travel lag with family, spacious suite style rooms.

I stayed at this hotel during my self-driving trip across the eastern United States. I don't remember it. It should be good because it is not in the city and is relatively new. I don't remember the breakfast. The room was relatively big.
