After a phone call the booking was made, upon arrival we were warmly greeted the check in was very quick, our room was on the second floor very close to the lift, Our room was very well appointed with most things you might require on a visit, as we had arrived earlier than expected we had lunch in the restaurant, just a salad as we were booked in for dinner that evening, again the menu was more than adequate and our meal was very good, Breakfast was included in our deal again very good plenty of everything on a buffet style service. When it was time to leave again just as check in the leaving was just as quick and easy. We would certainly visit this hotel again it was more than comfortable and cosy

My first time staying at this beautiful hotel and it’s hands down the most wonderful place I’ve been. All staff were exceptional and kind, breakfast and dinner was perfection. Definitely recommend and remember this experience. Thank you

Stayed here here for one night before a funeral nearby. Room was ok, clean and with good facilities. Plenty of parking, The bar was well staffed and a good selection of (quite expensive) drinks. Breakfast was a good buffet offering but let down by being understaffed with tables taking an eternity to be cleared and clean ready for use again. It turned up to be a bit of a free for all to be honest.

The hotel is very luxury looking and the staff at front desk are so helpful. We went out for a party and didn't get back till 1am. The lovely guy at reception helped me order my pizza and said he'd call when the pizza man arrived. He was very kind. Bathrooms are so nice and clean. And the beds are HUGE and soft with a choice of two softness of pillows. I'll deffo recommend and will return

Excellent location as I was working next door. Food and staff were really great and I couldn’t fault the room at all. Breakfast had a good choice and well prepared. I would definitely recommend and would stay again the next time I am in the area.
