This is a world-class hotel, exceptionally well-maintained and kept in excellent condition. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service. The housekeeping is among the best I’ve experienced in Spain. Public transportation is conveniently available nearby. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel and highly recommended.

I booked a double room. When I arrived at night, the front desk coldly said there were no rooms left and only gave me a triple room. This hotel is good in every way except that the front desk was very indifferent.

The service is OK, the front desk can speak English. The room is ordinary, there is a big deep well outside the window, if you are on a low floor, you may see the wall when you open the window. I didn't have breakfast. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are no toothbrushes and other toiletries
