The room wasn't very clean. It smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower drain was clogged, so we had to change rooms. No hot water. The service was really poor. They don't know how to check in foreigners. It took an awfully long time. Then there were more problems with the door card. Avoid if you can.

It is worth praising that the hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by various shopping malls and snack streets, and travel is very convenient, whether it is taking a taxi or public transportation. When checking in, the staff was friendly and the process was smooth. They also enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and fun places in the surrounding area. The interior of the room is warm, the bed is soft, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is acceptable. However, there were some unsatisfactory aspects of this stay. The air conditioner in the room is noisy and it affects the quality of sleep when it is turned on at night. The hotel's Wi-Fi was not stable and the network was intermittent, which was a bit inconvenient for me who needed to handle work. In addition, although the hotel’s breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, the taste is mostly average, and the temperature of the hot dishes is not high enough, making the eating experience poor.
