Good service, polite staff and beautiful location. I stayed in this hotel on 2 different occasions after reading the past reviews, as I wanted to experience it for myself. During my stay, I personally did not experience any of the issues during my stay.

My parents were on a 2 day trip for marriage, and had booked it for just night stay, but experience was really pathetic, service were poor, no proper amenities

Worst experience for a veteran traveller. Never stayed in hotel that had no running hot water.
Fawlty towers comes to mind, only it was just not funny.
