一，前台管姓服務人員製作房卡和下一班同事交接，基本訊息都沒搞清楚，這是最基礎的工作本位。二，服務意識欠缺，更何況是新開業酒店，不太應該。三，早餐品種很少，四，房間面積夠大，設施齊全，乾淨清爽
