Very good experience here. I really like breakfast, bedroom space and all the facilities. Definitely will come back here, very close to my work and near many restaurants and shops.

The soundproofing is too poor. The people next door who were drinking came back in the middle of the night and it was very noisy. The room smelled very heavily of cigarettes.

前台服務極度差勁。攜程預訂的房間，房費也是提前付好，到了酒店被告知沒有我們這個預訂，我拿出攜程預訂確認訊息，前台一位穿的粉色西裝套裝的不知名女士（因為沒有佩戴相應的工作銘牌）告訴我，就算攜程確定了她們也不一定收到這個單子，要以她們的單子為準，我説那你們聯繫下攜程啊，我這邊都有預訂確認訊息了，她説那你們自己聯繫，她們不聯繫的，不知道攜程是不是把單子轉給了其他什麼平台，反正和他們沒有關係。現在的漢庭酒店酒店就是這樣工作的嗎？3/8下午14:10左右這位粉色衣服的前台工作人員把一個囂張跋扈，小人得志展現的淋漓盡致。（酒店有攝像頭，現在的攝像頭都有聲音，請你們的高層自己去查一下攝像頭就知道了）。最後查到另一個名字的預訂，但是，我的預訂確認訊息上衹有一個名字，就算名字不對，你們是不是可以查一下預訂單號呢？直接就説沒有就是沒有，讓我們自己找攜程去，請問是你們和攜程是合作關係還是顧客個人和攜程有合作關係？為什麼都是0.5分，就是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥。

房間整體來説非常乾淨整潔，提供了四瓶水，洗漱用品質量也算蠻好的，廁所馬桶很智能，馬桶坐墊能加熱，這一點很貼心，前台小姐姐服務也很好～窗簾拉上完全不透光，對覺淺的人來説很友好！

孩子在附近考試定的酒店，周邊配套很齊全，午餐晚餐都搞定，吃啥的都有。房間很大很乾凈，這個價格性價比很高了。
