After cleaning the room, I found that the floor was full of hair that fell from the shower the day before. The floor was not mopped at all. The water was not refilled after drinking. The front desk was often not found. There was no waiter when we went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:30. I shouted "Is anyone there" softly 7 or 8 times at the front desk, but no one answered. Then I shouted loudly, and the chef inside said, "Who is shouting? What are you shouting at the kitchen door?"
