The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. A few spoke English well which was a plus. The area is nice, a lot of popular spots in walking distance. I was initially worried about the traffic in the area, but taxis came and went with no issue. Breakfast was awesome! It is an old hotel. It’s more obvious in the rooms. I didn’t like my room personally, but the staff was courteous in allowing me to change. It didn’t make a difference. But the bed was super comfortable. Would I stay again? Yes, based on the friendliness of the staff, surrounding areas, breakfast. I’d try another type of room.

room size is good for two adults. We have been staying in this hotel for two weeks and highly recommend it as a base. It’s very close to the metro line 2,4,6 and 9, making it very easy to get around. There are many choices for restaurant in the area, the hotel has a pretty good one on the 2nd floor as well if you don’t want spend time searching one on the street. The service staffs are very nice and helpful. Overall, we are very pleased to have this hotel as our base for this trip.

My family had stayed for 3 nights on New Year 2023/2024 trip. It was wonderful place to stay with warm hospitality and clean room. Great breakfast line and cooking food station. Noodle dish was my recommend. In door swimming pool was big enough for children and safe with a lifeguard. It was fantastic.

The service is very good and very warm. The room arranged by Manager Wang at the front desk is on a high floor. The room is very warm. Betty and Xenia are very polite. Especially when I left something behind, Davy called me to inform me and help me send it back. The environment is great, although the hardware configuration is relatively small. It's old, but the service is in place. I will stay here again next time.

This is opulent and decadent. There is a special events room, restaurant, pool, spa and sauna, and best for me was the bathtub (and shower) in the room. Because of the tub, I didn't even go to the pool. I had room service, and they didn't speak English, but came to my room to take my order in person. I had a burger, fries and Caesar salad and a beer. It was very good. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, it was expansive and amazing, plus juices and coffee. I was able to try so many things. There were choices if you wanted Continental, but Chinese things as well. I liked it and had an amazing night's sleep. I only have pictures of the tub and my breakfast. I would stay again. Also, I went off in the Didi and returned and it was easy to come and go.

The environment and facilities are very good, and the high-rise scenery is also good. The air-conditioning switchboard outside is too loud, especially noisy! Turning off the air conditioner in the room didn't help. I felt like I was going to have tinnitus after staying for two days. When I came here for the exam, I needed a quieter environment to rest, but I couldn’t sleep for a long time at night. I asked if I could change the room, but was rejected because there was no room available. I felt a little uncomfortable the next day, and the hotel didn't have a thermometer, which was a bit disappointing.
