I checked in at night. Tom, a little boy, greeted me. When I asked his age, he told me he was born in 2003. He was very serious and polite. for such a cheap price I was extremely surprised with how large the room sizes were, the staff were incredibly helpful and explained how I could get food delivery to the hotel room which whilst I new how to already I'm sure many travellers won't and would appreciate the staff's kindness. the hotel location is quite far away from the city centre and metro infrastructure so taxing is a must but for me this wasn't too much hassle. for budget travellers looking for somewhere clean with great service at the great price thats close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport this hotel is perfect!

Really enjoyed my stay at Orange Hotel. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved that they offer free pickup from the train station and a free drop-off to the airport—super convenient. Great location too—close to everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!
