**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!** I recently stayed at IBS Hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were great (loved the high-quality toiletries!), and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect—close enough to [nearby attractions/transportation] but still quiet at night. I

The soundproofing is a little worse. In addition, after checking in and getting the room card, go upstairs and look at the sign when you get off the elevator. The actual room you are staying in is hard to find. I walked around several times and came back here to look at the sign. Because there is no sign that I am here.

The staff are kind , but the hotel is not very clean. I rented it at a high price. It was during the exhibition time, one night was 528 and one night was 793, but the cleanliness is poor, and the laundry room does not have laundry soap and there is no clothes dryer.

Nice stay, rooms are lovely but it’s little far from the city. If you are going outside by using a taxi or didi than you will be more than okay.

The Hotel was easy to find, you just step out of the car and there you see it.  The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Me and my family we were in a frustrating situation, they handled our situation very well. No unnecessary drama just professionalism. Soo impressive. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were travelling with twins on strollers and we didn’t struggle to store our luggage. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Facilities: The rooms are decent. The room is a bit small, but adequate. It's generally okay. It would be better if the air conditioner wasn't facing the right direction. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Buses and subways are not far away, and the high-speed rail station is very close. Service: Friendly and very satisfactory.

The experience of this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the reception to the check-in process, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made people sleep well. The bathroom facilities were high-end and immaculate. The location is also very good, with convenient transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, every detail of the hotel was done very well, giving people a feeling of home, and it is definitely worth recommending.

There’s an on-going construction on the major roads around the area so it was a bit a struggle to get a cab and the closest subway is quiet a walk for kids Otherwise would’ve been a perfect accommodation because the room we booked was very tidy and well-maintained plus the staff were very helpful and accommodating. ☺️

We add extra bed, means 3 people stay in that room. But only gave 2 towel everyday. Tissue not refill. Need to add mirror in room. Staff can not english at alk. Difficult to communicate for people who can not speak Mandarin. Tea is not refill everyday.

The hotel is located far away from the city and it will take a long time to get anywhere by bus or taxi (even the nearby airport and railroad station). There doesn't appear to be anything in walking distance. Cleaning itself was quite excellent, but the windows of the buildings leak when it rains and the water gets in the structures, which caused a moldy smell even when it wasn't raining on my first day. If not for these problems, it would be a nice hotel because the facilities and the personnel were perfect.
