Shanghai Qingpu District 3-star Hotels

Service was excellent, Staff was ready to help always. Very convenient to go to NECC as Metro Line-17 station was just 150 meter walking. Overall enjoyed stay n enjoyed SkyGarden rooms with terrace. Would be been better if there would have been Microwave oven in room n Also Breakfast options would have had more of Western items.

The sleep butler Xiao Dong is friendly and enthusiastic, and actively provides help. Check-in and check-out procedures are quick, and respond to guests' needs in a timely manner. The room is tidy and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the items are neatly arranged. The hotel facilities are complete, well-maintained, and can be used normally. Personalized services can be provided according to the special needs of guests. Communicate well with guests and understand their needs and opinions. Security guarantee: The hotel has complete security measures to make guests feel at ease. Overall experience: Guests feel happy and satisfied with the hotel as a whole.

The hotel room is very good, very clean, with windows, the night view of Qingpu is very beautiful, very beautiful. Convenient transportation. The breakfast is very tasty and there are many styles, including porridge, rice noodles, fried rice, etc. It is very filling

Overall perfect for the price. Location was great considering my business activity are all in the vicinity. Friendly Staff and happy to assist.  Only side note need to walk 5 minutes to go to the breakfast, but I guess is acceptable. 

When I come to Shanghai on a business trip again, I will choose this place. It is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the room is spacious and not crowded, and the supporting facilities are complete. I will come here as soon as I have any needs. It is also very close to the logistics park. I recommend it to friends who come to Huaxin Town on business trip. The price-performance ratio is beyond words!

When I visited Qingpu, I saw this hotel with good reviews online. I chose to try it out. It was really good. The staff were very enthusiastic. The front desk will proactively inform you of the wireless network password, the location of the laundry room, and the location of the breakfast room. You need to use it for check-in. The basic questions are all informed, including travel guides for some nearby places. It can be seen that the management is more attentive, the hotel environment is not bad, and the breakfast is also good. I will continue to patronize next time if necessary.

I came here on a business trip. The location of the hotel is relatively easy to find. I took a taxi directly downstairs. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. There is a Hippo Supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The service attitude of the little sister at the front desk is very good. The room is also very clean. Breakfast is also provided. There are many varieties of breakfast. It is worth recommending. I will choose to stay here next time I go on a business trip🫰

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Zhujiajiao Metro Station on line 17 . Its about 40 min trip from the Hongqiao Railway Station (terminal station). Line 17 operates about every 7 minutes during the day and every 10 mins during the night. Therefore this line is not frequent as say as Line 2. I choose this hotel ,because it has an outdoor swimming pool and I wanted to explore a new area of Shanghai. Firstly the outdoor swimming pool was closed when i stayed at this hotel in (September 2023) - there was no water in the pool!. In September, Shanghai experiences temperatures well above 27 to 30C, so it bit premature to close the pool in September. Mid October would be fine. It would be nice if the hotel operator/owner could inform Trip.com, that the pool is closed. The room was very comfortable and nice views of the surrounding area with some historic homes. The Rain Head shower was great. Air-con were easy to use and functioned well. As to be expected in most Chinese hotels (which are not part of western brand) there is very limited English available from hotel staff, but with English translators on cell phones, this is not really an issue. There are several shops in the same street of the hotel, but unfortunately there is no Family Mart, no 711 or Lawson (common brands in China) However, there is small Family Mart at Zhujiajiao metro station. Many local restaurants nearby and KFC - about 10 min walk down the same street of the hotel. In this area, there is some evidence of historic homes and residences, which makes the area unique. Overall, the hotel represents good value for money and appropriate choice to explore the local historic area, but not downtown Shanghai (which is too far from this hotel)

1. The consistent decoration style of the season, simple and bright, atmospheric and comfortable. 2. The bed is neat and tidy, moderately soft and hard. I didn't take pictures of the interior this time. The double bed room sofa and small table are all complete. The surrounding environment is quiet. 3. The bathroom is dry and wet separated, the hot water volume and temperature are appropriate, neat and clean. 4. The child printed the test paper, and the gentle lady at the front desk helped enthusiastically. The mineral water supply in the season is sufficient. Call the front desk and the robot will deliver it soon. 5. I also thank the lady at the front desk for appropriately delaying the check-out time for us, and the check-out is also very convenient. 6. It happened to be the Global Robot Competition these two days, and there were a lot of people staying. The breakfast supply can be seen to be very powerful. The noodles for breakfast are delicious.

The stay experience was not very happy overall. Since we checked in around 10:30, after the formalities, we arrived at the room almost 11 o'clock. We set a family room. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was more comfortable, but I found that there were two toothbrushes in the bathroom and one less pillow. Then I will call the front desk and need to send 2 sets of toothbrushes and a pillow! The front desk said that the room pillow is fixed and cannot be ”add!” I am two adults with two children, their room can sleep four people in the family room, equipped with 3 pillows can not be added! Then I said that if you don't add a pillow, you can add two sets of toothbrushes. As a result, 11.30 I called the front desk and said that I was too busy to wait for her to have time. [Broken Tears for laughter] I said that I have waited for half an hour. Can I send it hard? She repeatedly emphasized that she was busy and not free [poor] I really took it, and this experience was the first time. . In the end, there is no way to take a towel to be a pillow under the head! In summary, the room is good, but the service is very poor! ! ! !
