Yitel Properties in Shanghai

Hotel location is near the shanghai station so it's convenient if you bought train tickets departing from shanghai station. All hotel staff I met have been really friendly and helpful, very patient with my questions/ requests and also helping me find my tons of parcels everytime I ask for them (parcels are delivered to hotel front desk and they keep a log of ur parcels so it's very easy for parcel collection - you dont even have to look for them yourselves). Room was not very big but I would say its sufficient for 1 or 2 persons max. 1 thing to note however is that the hotel uses centralised heating so for those who came from hotter countries (like me) may not be used to it. I booked a room with windows specifically so that I can have cool air in the room, surroundings get quiet at night so i can still sleep even with the windows open. Room will be better with a mini fridge. Also, their food delivery robot doesnt seem to be working so all the food were delivered by the rider themselves personally (they have to ask for access card from the concierge staff). Also, no mini fridge in the room. Still a recommended stay for a chain hotel in shanghai, the price is acceptable and service is great!

The location is excellent- it is in the center of East Nanjing road, walking distance to the Michelin Lai Lai xiao long bao, the Bund, MRT East Nanjing and MRT People’s square. The room is big and clean. The cons is it is directly across the road in front of the hotel and need to quick to get out from Didi since that there is no waiting area for didi.

This is a basic hotel located in a great neighbourhood, accessible to buses n MRT. I love the local shops selling a variety of food, things to cater to the local families & tourists. There are many fanciful restaurants that offer different type of food , drinks etc. the hotel is also near to a local gym which offers basic facilities and friendly staff. The front desk ladies are patience & kind too. The location is near to touristic sites & easy to order Didi. I enjoyed my short stay here. The laundry n dryer machines are also helpful to us.

Today, I was just looking for a hotel near the airport to rest, but unexpectedly stumbled upon the Yitel Collection by Radisson. The lobby, with its warm wood tones and curved glass, felt as cozy as a cafe. The room was minimalist yet inviting, featuring large windows with two layers of curtains, and a window-side sofa bed perfect for reading. The independent bathtub and frosted glass bathroom allowed me to shed all my fatigue with a relaxing soak. Right next to the hotel is the Macalline Cultural and Creative Village, which boasts a multi-story parking garage with卡通导览牌 (cartoon guide signs) – both hardcore and adorable. Inside the park, there's a shop that creates installation art from cardboard, with lifelike carousels and mushroom houses. Stepping into any restaurant, you're greeted by walls covered in greenery and Christmas flags, and tiled tables with charming small patterns. This unplanned stop turned out to be the most comfortable day of my trip. No rushing to attractions, no pressure to take 'punch-in' photos; just leisurely wandering between the hotel and the park, even the airplanes flying overhead became part of the scenery. Turns out, the best trips sometimes are just about aimlessly strolling around.

I stayed for quite a while and was pretty satisfied. The transportation is very convenient, and there are lots of delivery options nearby, with robots even bringing them up to your room. Since I was there preparing for interviews, I pretty much stayed in the hotel the whole time. The small gym and laundry facilities were a big plus, though I wish there were more than just two washing machines, as they were often occupied by afternoon. On top of that, the cleaning staff was excellent, coming promptly every day to tidy up and restock supplies!

Extremely near the bund, able to see the oriental tower from a restricted window view. However, there is smoke smell lingering in the hotel lobby and corridor. During our stay, there was sound of construction in the middle of the night and early in the morning when it was still dark.

My friend and I traveled with our child and opted for HEYI Hotels·Select (Shanghai Hongqiao Gubei Road Yili Road Metro Station Branch). Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! Upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient. When they learned we were traveling with a child, they proactively offered us a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious and felt very welcoming. On top of that, they thoughtfully included breakfast. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and our child thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were well-appointed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring our child had a wonderfully sound sleep at night. The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from the metro station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is bustling with malls and restaurants, so finding places to shop and eat was never an issue. We were truly delighted with this stay. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future trips!

Perfect Start to My First China Trip! This was my first trip to China, and this hotel made an excellent first impression. The location is fantastic – very close to the waterfront, with shops and the metro nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good view. The air conditioning was clean and odor-free, which was a relief. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I especially loved the shower – it was spotless and stylish. It was important for me that the room was quiet, and this hotel provided the perfect balance, with no city noise from the window. A special thank you for the free 3-hour late check-out! This hotel truly cares about its guests. Highly recommended!

The hotel's environment is fantastic, much more comfortable than any chain hotel I've stayed at in Shenzhen! It's less than 80 meters from the subway entrance, which makes getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were warm, enthusiastic, and attentive, and the cleanliness was excellent. The laundry room on the first floor was also very handy. They even offered tea when I checked in. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The ventilation seems to be connected with other rooms though so I had to smell smoke every night. Was coughing all next day. The location is good - inbetween three metro stations.
