設施：全智能化，很方便，有空調，馬桶，淋浴，AI助手，自動窗簾等 衞生：除了邊角有灰塵，床上有毛髮，地上有未乾的印子，其他都比較衞生 服務:前台服務比較好，很有禮貌，有寄存服務。但衞生阿姨的服務態度有提高，她居然説續房要打掃嗎，我延遲14點退房，13點被鎖門外，前台讓她開房第一次還沒來，原來想讓我續房…我下午的火車續它幹嘛 環境:室內和照片沒多大區別，地處郊區，比較顯眼，周圍有便利店和飯店

第一次住此品牌酒店，是看到攜程評價不錯。來到酒店大堂，一位長我兩歲的大姐非常熱情招待了我，還帶我參觀了房型（這價位，起初我擔心衞生、設施不好），沒想到房型不錯，設施齊全，乾淨，而且感覺很温馨。大姐還給我們推薦了當地美食和景點（鳳凰湖，江南四大名樓聚遠樓，真的太美）。大姐説這酒店全國連鎖的，那下次我還會首選尚客優，也希望再能遇見像這麼熱情的酒店服務人員。好評，推薦！

來餘干出差的，看到有差評，挺忐忑的過來酒店，到了才發現，差評可能是有人故意刷的，衞生很好，前台也很熱情，周邊環境也很方便，下樓就有早餐店，房間熱水很足，睡得很舒服

年前去看朋友住了一次，總體還行吧，有好的地方有不好的地方。周圍吃喝玩樂都有位置不錯，房間該有的也有設施較為齊全，工作人員態度還行吧，但也就是説還行。可能因為頂樓的原因然後下雨，牆皮有水滲透也有脱落的情況。但就這個價格來説還可以遼，也有較充足的停車位。
