"Really 5-star hotel... It is located right in the heart of WangXianGu. The location alone worth every penny.
Mind you that taxi will only bring you to the main reception area. From there depending on what your room number is, you may be 100mtr or 800mtr away from the reception. And due to the nature of the terrains, this also requires a bit of stamina as you may have to walk down to the river where the hustle-and-bustle are or walk up to the breakfast area. But no worries they have porters to help you with the luggages. FYI check in time is 3pm onwards.
We had the duplex room so the 2nd bed is on the mezzanine level. And our bedroom window facing right at the valley where at night they lights up everything. What a beautiful sight to behold 😍."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel on this trip (two days away at Wangxiangu). The first time I had a bad experience. Because there are not many foreigners who stay at this hotel, they knew that the bad review was from me. The hotel manager personally came to apologize for the bad experience and offered me a small gift. It was very nice, but it will not affect my review. Every problem that I had last time was gone. The only thing that I thought was very strange is that I booked the same kind of room as last time, but for some reason this room did not have a desk in it. Finally, the front desk staff had a note in English and Chinese asking about my stay and making sure that I was happy. I suggest that it becomes a staff rule to ask all customers (both Chinese snd foreigners) about their stay to make sure that everyone is happy, and any problems, big or small, that do happen can be quickly fixed for the next people who stay."

"The room is big enough to accommodate two suitcases. There is a writing desk and plenty of charging ports. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is plenty of drinks and water. It is near the pedestrian street and there are many food options within walking distance.
Disadvantages: The bathroom has a strong odor, but fortunately it did not spread to the bedroom. The hotel said there were no vacancies to change rooms, so they could only give me some aromatherapy and kept the exhaust fan on.
The elevator is super small and it was almost full after two suitcases went in.
The room is not well soundproofed. Whether someone is making noise in the corridor or playing music outside the window in the morning, you can hear it very clearly."

The complimentary pickup and drop-off service was a massive advantage. Arranging seamless transfers from the train station eliminated travel stress. This thoughtful service, especially valuable in Wuyuan's rural setting, allowed us to relax completely from start to finish.
The facilities and amenities exceeded expectations. The room beautifully blended traditional charm with modern comfort. Key highlights included:

GGuest UserThe most anticipated stop of this National Day trip is not the scenic spot to visit, but the reservation of this popular homestay - Ranwu Homestay. The homestay is located in Longwei Village, Wuyuan County, where the scenery is beautiful and quiet. In front of the homestay is a green river. From time to time, tourists will take a bamboo raft back and forth, and they will feel the comfort of a paradise. If you book a room with a terrace, just sit there, whether it is the warmth of the sun or the clouds on the top of the opposite mountain, you will chant ”Picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence, leisurely seeing the southern mountain”. The biggest gain from coming here is that although there are so many people on holidays, many expected attractions still torture people on the road, but you can still find a place to put it down for the time being and return to nature. Sseb75Excellent location, right next to the bus station for Sanqing Shan, with lots of shops and restaurants around. Super Ming is especially good for loading up on supplies before climbing up Sanqing Shan.
The hotel is brand new, with large, nice rooms, a very good breakfast, and free laundry facilities. At the front desk, we could count on 九妹 to help us in any possible ways and facilitate our trip to Sanqing Shan. Since we spent to nights there, the hotel agreed to keep our luggage for free while we were camping in the mountains.
The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes, but the staff efficiently moved us to another one. However, be aware that the non-smoking policy is lightly enforced: during our second check-in, some guests were smoking in the lobby and the staff did not intervene.

Generally speaking, it is OK. But this quality hotel should not do this step, this is the level that ordinary Samsung Express hotels can do. There are fewer supporting items, and the facilities are average, especially the shower is very general and the shower is sprayed. The lights in the room, the wiring is chaotic, and the light button on the bedside is unclear. The curtains are closed at night, and the side of the sofa is particularly dim. In addition, there is no smart toilet, no toilet cover, and the hotel and room at this price should not be. One room is just a carton, a little less, it is recommended to put another bedside or TV cabinet, especially in the family room, there is still more paper.

10 minutes walk from Jinsha Cableway Station. There are many local restaurants and small supermarkets around. The location of the hotel is relatively close to the mountain. Although it is secluded, it still seems a bit too ”secluded” and knows everything. Suitable for self-driving.

Service is not bad. The front desk attitude is very good, basically responsive, but it may be a new hotel, some waiters are still a little awkward, but it is harmless and overall good. But it must be pointed out that the breakfast at this hotel is really too general. It looks like a buffet, but there are few choices, the taste is average, barely filling the stomach, delicious is really not to say. GGuest UserFacilities: The B&B has three courtyards. The guest rooms are in the Mingxun Hall, which has been restored to its original state. Opposite the Mingxun Hall is a restaurant with a small courtyard. The “light luxury room” has everything a four-star hotel should have. The facilities are a bit old, but comfort is absolutely guaranteed! ! (It has a beautiful and comfortable nostalgic feeling)
Hygiene: You can see that the wooden walls, floors, and ceilings have been carefully cleaned and maintained, and the guest rooms and activity spaces are very clean
Environment: I think if you don’t stay here (or other similar B&Bs), there is no need to come to Xisi Yan Village
Yan Village is very quiet, with large vegetable fields, and it is not the season for rapeseed flowers to bloom.
Service: Excellent! ! ! I created a housekeeper group two days before checking in, confirmed the pick-up time and location in advance, and looked at the menu.
After checking in, the lady at the front desk quickly carried our suitcases to our room on the second floor (great!), allowing us to focus on marveling at the environment of Mingxun Hall. In the evening, you can sit by the fire and eat roasted sweet potatoes in the restaurant, with your dog Huahua sitting by your side. We were so excited that we left our things in the restaurant, and the lady directly sent them back to our room.
The store manager was also very nice. He introduced many stories about the B&B architecture and helped us plan our itinerary. I was so blindly confident that I walked around without checking the navigation, but was successfully called back by the store manager and the young lady (tears in my eyes). Anyway, I finally arrived at Xisi Village happily and also went to the recommended Zhang Village. It was an amazing experience!
Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station Pick-up Service: The business car is spacious and comfortable. The train was delayed. Thanks to Master Xiaojin for patiently waiting for half an hour. The communication was smooth and smooth throughout the whole process.

SSantiagoCarlosWe had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail.
We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget.
Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!!
We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the Zhongmiao Pavilion, the center of the Gexian Village performances, and the cable car to Gexian Mountain. After watching the show at night, I slept peacefully and climbed Gexian Mountain early the next morning. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast arranged by the hotel in Tianyuan Restaurant is very rich, with many choices, and I am very satisfied!

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.
