Shangri-la Designer Homestay without Summer Reviews

Location at the quiet part of DukeZong ancient city yet it is only a stone throw away. Clean, well-equipped quiet room and we were treated so warmly by the the innkeepers. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever back to Shangri La. Also, their puppy Du Du is very cute!

Highly recommend travelers who are keen on aesthetic design to book this homestay. It’s managed by siblings, they are all super friendly and always there to help with anything including recommending places to go and helping with bookings, etc. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off services. Tip: add the homestay number you get from Trip on WeChat to communicate with the hosts.

The location of the Inn is fantastic! I will definitely want to get back the same room I stayed in. The facilities with heating all over is excellent. Oxygen machine is a huge blessing for someone coming from the sea level. =) And the owners are really nice people!

Run by a family from Hebei who provided lots of info abt the town Hotel design is modern and clean. Our room had a balcony just below the temple and looked into the alley of Dukezeng.

Room was clean, tidy & modern with toiletries available. Reception was swift and efficient. They provided ginger tea in the room & was perfect for winter.

The location is great, located inside the ancient city, not far from the tourist center and Moonlight Square, and it takes only five minutes to walk. The room is clean and comfortable, the mattress is not soft or hard, and it is very comfortable to sleep. There are welcome fruits and nuts every day, which is very thoughtful. This B&B is the most comfortable and satisfying one I stayed in during the trip from Lijiang to Shangri-La. The breakfast is delicious. The owners and their wives are very warm and responsive, making people feel at home. There are also cute dogs and kittens. The location is also very good, and the B&B is also very photogenic. The best hotel in Shangri-La (no one)! The simple style of Wu Xia Li Li is surprisingly in line with the ******* architecture of Dukezong Ancient City. The Vajra Mandala Hall reflected in the large round skylight of the room makes it even more surreal. The room is very comfortable, equipped with diffuse oxygen supply and floor heating, which greatly alleviates the discomfort of high altitude sickness. The first time I met Xiaodu, the smart butler, brought me a lot of surprises and happiness. Wu Xia Er Li is located next to Moonlight Plaza, with Heytea, Pizza Hut and KFC nearby, offering options other than ******* food.
