We had a great 2 nights stay in this hotel. Our room is 205 it had a big window and the view is overlooking parts of the mountains. Outstanding! We love it so much! Fellow Malaysians I recommend you this hotel. Walking distance to old town and halal restaurants are easy to find on the way. I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staffs. They were really amazing and help us a lot during our stay. We felt so touch by their kind action. A nice guy staff even help us do the laundry. A nice beautiful lady Xian walk with us to show us halal yak’s meat restaurant and later bring us to the e-bike rental place. Xian also helps to call and arrange with our hotel in Lijiang. We practically asked her for help with everything 😆. During our stay in Shangri-la we went skiing at Shangri-la ski park and Napahai valley the next day.The hotel provide pickup and drop off service to the train station which we find it so convenient. Breakfast also nice i love the steamed Mantau. All hotels staff always smiling at us and we felt so welcome. Hotel room was clean and big and had nice view. We also had time for photo-shoot with the display costume at the lobby for free. Please choose this hotel you wont regret i promise you ❤️

The hotel is clean and beautiful. They also have furry friends meow meow. The room is beautiful and equipped with heat-floor functionality. They provide free transfer service to and from the train station too! Halal food just across the road and convenient store is just a 1-min walk. This hotel has no lift but the hotel staff will assist to bring up/down your luggage.

A very lovely place to stay! The room is very clean with modern design. The location is also not far from the attractions, just 15 mins walk to old town. What I like the most is staff is very helpful and providing excellent service~ I lost my jacket at a tourist attraction and they helped me to find it back! High recommended to stay if you are coming to Shang-rila!

I had a lovely time at the hotel. Hotel is beautiful and well furnished. The room is warm enough and I was able to have a good sleep in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are two residential cats in the hotel and they super cute (my favourite part of the stay)

Everything was perfect. Friendly and kind staff that helped me with booking tours and answering all my questions to the cute cats that are in the lobby. Will come again!

The hotel is located very near to several tourist spots. They had this indoor camping area which we enjoyed hanging out. There were also 3 cute little cats hanging around the camping area, it was nice to play with the cats after a day out exploring Shangri-La. We really enjoyed our stay here

This hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay. Staff is very helpful. Transport pickup. Highly recommend. They help with booking of day tour, too.

Just visited Shangri-la weeks ago and stayed here for 2 nights. The service was incredible and staff members were very helpful despite the language barrier. The hotel location is strategic, very near to the Old Town like 10 mins by walk. Even many options of restaurants were there nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay here. Definitely would come back, one day..

Great stay at Shangri-La Anxu Garden Holiday Home (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City Branch). Not directly located within the ancient city so you won't have to worry about the noise especially during high season. Ancient city is only a short walk of less than 10min. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. The hotel service is absolutely excellent. They provide free rides back and fro from train stations.

This is the best place for winter time. The host is super nice and helpful. The room is huge,clean and new suitable for families. Theres restaurant including halal food right opposite of the hotel.its walking distance to the city. If you are in doubt where to stay,simply book this hotel.

The hotel provides excellent services. The best hotel to stay in shangrila. The location is very strategic near the supermarket and other food stalls. If you are a muslim, this hotel is very close to the halal food stall. The hotel provides pick-up and drop off at the railway station. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. It also provides extra oxygen in the room. If you come to shangrila, book this hotel straightaway. You will not regret it. You can communicate with the hotel if you want to go to the balagezong.

Very good stay, this was a gem! Place is very clean and was the most comfortable stay out of the entire trip. The people at this minsu are very welcoming and kind and helpful to us. Will visit again on my next trip here.

We had a very wonderful stay here especially that the staff here are friendly and welcoming when we touched in the hotel. There are no lifts but they will go the way to help us carry our luggage’s up. Plus plus point is that there are washer and steamer to wash and dry our clothes here, especially since the weather mood swings too much we needed to wash our wet clothes. Location wise is about 10 mins walk away from old ancient city, not a big issue for us. Highly recommend!
