Love the interior Design, look exactly like the picture they uploaded.  everything is brand new, got the oxygen pumping, humidifier and floor heating. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The complementary Breakfast was actually one of my favorite meal here in Yunnan. Would definitely stay here again!!! 很喜歡酒店設計 沒有一點照騙 設備，都是全新的。 有地暖，供氧和保濕. 是我目前在雲南住過最好的酒店。 員工都非常有善及幫忙 ，早餐都很適合我們廣州人口味。算是我們在這裏吃過其中一頓最合胃口及口吃的一頓。 下次再來一定會再次入住！

The hôtel is situated close to the old Town, which was convenient. The room was very clean and the floor heating was welcome in these cold winter nights. The staff was super accomodating and kind. Would recommend

This is an awesome homestay. Very new. They provided everything we could think of. Heated floor. Oxygen. Very warm and comfy bathrobes. Lovely welcome desserts and a little snack bag for us to take on our train ride to Dali. The staff are young and friendly and very helpful. They have a resident dog and cat who make the place feel homey. Location wise, it’s just by the entrance of the old town. Very convenient. I wished I stayed more days.

Communicated with the hotel through WeChat one day priror to our arrival to request assistance with pick-up from the railway station. The manager came to help us with our luggages and even waited patiently for us to takeaway some lunch back to the hotel. We were grateful that the room was ready upon our arrival which was 1 hour earlier than the normal check in time. All the staff were very welcoming and approachable whenever we needed clarifications. After settling us into the room, they sent an afternoon tea break which consist of a local snacks and a warm dessert soup, something we truly needed as we were nursing a flu and slight altitude sickness. We spent the afternoon recuperating in the room thanks to the oxygen diffuser and heated bed/floors and only headed out at night to go to Dukezong which was within walking distance. When we asked the staff if they could store our luggages after check out the next day while we continue to explore napahai before our late evening flight, they even kindly offered to let us wash up upon our return. However after some thoughts, we decided to extend our booking for one more day so that we could enjoy the room amenities before our flight and we certainly did not regret it. Drop off to the airport was also provided free of charge!

A friend recommended Shangri-La to me for a spontaneous trip. I saw this hotel on Ctrip and it was relatively new, and the decoration inside suited my taste, so I chose it! This decision was absolutely the right one. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. The manager is very enthusiastic and responsible. The waitress gave me a very friendly feeling and gave me a lot of suggestions for travel attractions. Going back to the hotel every day feels like going home! The room itself did not disappoint me. It was large enough and stylishly designed, which was my favorite style. I could also take a bubble bath after returning to the hotel at night, which provided more comfort for my journey! Shangri-La in April is not the most beautiful, but I will come back again when it is the most beautiful. Of course, I will still choose to stay in this B&B. Although it is a B&B, it feels much better than many hotels. The faucets and shower facilities in the B&B are all famous brands. There is hot water as soon as the water in the washbasin is turned on. The room design is reasonable and the service attitude is good. I think it is really worth the price!  Facilities: Basic facilities are complete, 10 points for appreciation, there is a hanging iron in the room Hygiene: Very clean, no problem Service: It’s really great. The service attitude of the store manager and the little girl is really very nice!

Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: The hotel has a very good design Service: The hotel's young ladies and handsome guys are very considerate, picking up at the door and sending water for drinking on the way when leaving.

I was a little disappointed when I first arrived, because I found that there were so many homestays in the ancient city and I didn't look carefully. But!!! The experience after checking in was so good! The bed was so comfortable that I thought I had booked a 2k+ hotel. The toothbrush used round bristles, soft bristles, and the floor heating was also equipped with a humidifier. I didn't feel dry on my face during the two days I stayed there. The oxygen supply can be provided 24 hours a day (which saved us from altitude sickness). The store manager and the little sister took the initiative to ask about the needs, and the location is a seven or eight minute walk from the Moonlight Square, which avoids the situation of parking difficulties in the ancient city with many cars and narrow roads~ The rice noodles for breakfast are also delicious~ Selected welcome fruits: Very good

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was impressed by the warm and thoughtful service! The front desk lady/brother smiled kindly, checked in efficiently and neatly, and took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food and scenic spots. The guest room design is simple and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, you can sleep until you wake up naturally, the sound insulation effect is superb, and you can't hear the noise in the corridor at all. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the supplies are well-known brands. The light fragrance instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. What's more surprising is that the room will be replenished with fresh fruits every day. This kind of detail care really makes people feel warm! The breakfast variety is rich, from freshly cooked rice noodles to pasta, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is not inferior to the restaurants outside. The hotel is also in a great location and provides pick-up and drop-off services. It only takes 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and it is super convenient to go anywhere~ Here, every light is like saying good night, and every greeting is warm. The hotel is not just a place to stay, but more like a gentle station on the journey.

Once inside the hotel door has a feeling of home, at night heavy snow, they took umbrellas to pick us up, all luggage helped me take the room, one by one introduced the facilities in the room turn on the floor heating, help us call ** sent upstairs, the next morning rich breakfast also carefully arranged extra water for us to enjoy along the way, in an opportunity to go to Shangri-La, I will choose this hotel

A place that makes you feel at home. The service provided by the front desk guys and girls is impeccable. When our car arrived, they rushed out to help us with our luggage. Breakfast and snacks were all arranged properly. The room felt like home and was very comfortable. A washing machine was provided for free washing and drying. When we left, they specially arranged a car to take us to the station and gave us a small gift. I sincerely hope that I will stay in this hotel again many years later.

The parent-child room is very big and has a terrace. However, we went there in winter and it was too cold to sit outside. I think it would be better in summer. The service attitude is good. We went there during the Spring Festival and there were fewer service staff. Some services could not keep up, such as breakfast. Overall, it is good and recommended.
