Perfect location even when there are many more new hotels come up. Facilities are kept well. Staff are great. Views are the best. Definitely come back again.

Lovely hotel with very nice rooms. The location is a bit in between everything but it’s convenient to walk around and do something.
There’s no bar or real lobby lounge, which is a bit boring if you stay longer. But there is an (outdoor) pool and a decent gym. Only annoying thing is that the service staff keeps asking for 5 star reviews, they even call to the room to do so.
For the rest I would recommend this hotel.

I had a truly pleasurable stay at Sheraton Shantou. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Dining options were delicious and diverse. Overall, the experience was relaxing and luxurious—definitely a place I’d return to for comfort and quality service.
The gym though stage of the art, has quite a lot of mosquitoes. They can improve on this aspect!

The hotel is very renew and decent,  the gym is nice and clean , they even provide free banana for you after training . And the staff are friendly and give me the a free upgrade.  will definitely come again.

Sheraton truly delivers a 5-star experience! The lobby is stunning, and the staff are very welcoming. Our room was spotless, had no odor, and included a bathtub, making for a relaxing stay. We also received a welcome fruit bowl, but it was placed in the fridge and almost went unnoticed.
Service was exceptionally fast—we requested extra towels and utensils multiple times, and they arrived almost instantly. The hotel food had plenty of tasty options, well worth the price. There’s also a swimming pool and steam room, though we skipped them due to the cold weather.
A nice touch was the ******* locker system for deliveries, making pickups super convenient. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

Peaceful stay. Staffs were friendly especially monkey xu the front desk guy who speaks great English also... and the rooms i booked were clean. Thanks for your hospitality. Totally would recommend.
