The hotel's soundproofing is very poor, especially the glass facing the street, which is the worst. It is single-layer glass, and you can hear people talking downstairs, people coming and going, and the noise of cars is particularly loud. Then the hotel door had poor sound insulation and was very light. When the door next to it was closed, the door of my room made a rumbling sound.

1. Check-in on the first day: I had paid in advance for a room before arriving at the hotel, but after arriving I was told that I had not arrived on time and therefore could not be given a room and I needed to wait for 1 hour, which made me very frustrated and angry.
2.The next morning:The staff said that they were renovating and asked if we needed to move to another room. We did not have an option due to the noise.Whenwe arrived at the other room,the whole room was filled with a peculiar smell and we could not request to move to another room.
