Hotel very near to big shopping malls. Hotel service is good and friendly. Provide connecting room for family, easily to handle kids.

Good customer service ! Cleanliness ! Spaces is good size for couple . One thing disappointed , no refriguator in room . So far so good . Cannot book hotel ground transport for pick up from station to hotel if oversea traveller , better to provide WeChat contact when make reservation at home . There is no WeChat contact on the website too .

The hotel has good parking. It is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and they will deliver using meituan. The TV channels are all the major Chinese stations, with CGTN being the only English speaking channel. The gym and pool are located on the 3rd floor. The gym is a proper gym and has plenty of equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked like a proper 25 meter long pool. Gym and pool are free to hotel users. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Shantou.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is next to the shopping malls and the hotel breakfast has a large spread! I am pleasantly surprised when they ran after me after checkout to apologise again for the small hiccups in the room (the TV controller runs out of battery) and offered a bottle of red wine. It’s these small gestures that counts!

The gym is well-equipped and can meet the needs of business trips, exercise and relaxation. There is a free breakfast with rich categories. The location is also good. It is close to the scenic area. The service attitude is good. The room is very clean. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is also very hygienic. The food delivery robot is very convenient

This hotel was originally the reception hotel of the Shantou Municipal Government, and it was not open to the public before. This time when I came to Shantou for business, my cousin moved into his new house in Beishan Bay, so he introduced us to live in this government hotel near his home. So I canceled the hotel I originally booked in the urban area and booked here instead. After staying here, I feel that it is worth it. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, and there is a lot of space for walking and viewing.

I went to Mayu Island with my two families and chose this beachfront homestay online. The overall design style is simple and elegant, with white as the main color. The overall configuration of the room also makes people feel comfortable, clean and tidy. The room faces the sea and has a wide view. The waiter was very enthusiastic and helped us deliver our luggage to the room. After checking in, he also gave us a bottle of champagne for free. The breakfast was very delicate. Finally, thank you to the hotel's housekeeper Wu Zhongpeng and Xiaohei for enthusiastically helping us make exquisite photo frames, which added wonderful memories to our trip!

The location is excellent, right next to Shibaotai Park and very close to the Square Ferry. There is a farmer's market next to it where you can buy seafood and have it processed at the door. The parking lot is small, but it's understandable for a hotel next to the beach. The bed is definitely not 1.2 meters, it is estimated to be 1 or 1.1 meters. It is not recommended for children to play with. It is also very small during holidays and can be touched by turning around. The hotel must be old. The elevator is the one used in Hong Kong in the 1990s.

The room has large windows, all of which are bright windows, and the makeup mirror is also illuminated. The breakfast dishes taste good and there are many varieties. The location is convenient, and there are many restaurants around and the transportation is very convenient.
