Hotel very near to big shopping malls. Hotel service is good and friendly. Provide connecting room for family, easily to handle kids.

Good hotel with a cheap price. Very convenient from the airport to the hotel. There is a bus station to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ms Pauline Ma. Help me to pay for my tour package using her local bank card while I paid her in cash.

Good customer service ! Cleanliness ! Spaces is good size for couple . One thing disappointed , no refriguator in room . So far so good . Cannot book hotel ground transport for pick up from station to hotel if oversea traveller , better to provide WeChat contact when make reservation at home . There is no WeChat contact on the website too .

The hotel has good parking. It is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and they will deliver using meituan. The TV channels are all the major Chinese stations, with CGTN being the only English speaking channel. The gym and pool are located on the 3rd floor. The gym is a proper gym and has plenty of equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked like a proper 25 meter long pool. Gym and pool are free to hotel users. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Shantou.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is next to the shopping malls and the hotel breakfast has a large spread! I am pleasantly surprised when they ran after me after checkout to apologise again for the small hiccups in the room (the TV controller runs out of battery) and offered a bottle of red wine. It’s these small gestures that counts!

Hotel is good with the location around 40min from downtown. Room was clean and spacious, we really liked it. Its very clean with decent breakfast. Amenities are bit outdated, like swimming pool. There are many outside guests using hotel's resources... The last thing to mention is the staff which was really great, from guards, front office, housekeeping or waiters everyone was very kind and trying to make your stay great...

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel room is spacious and clean. If you want to stay in non smoking room, can request for floor# 15. The only slightly bad point their breakfast. They were serving the same variety throughout my 5 nights days which was kind of boring for me.

Great hotel, both the facilities and the professionalism of the staff, is to be praised. Services at the front desk reception is excellent and the staff are attentive and strike to provide extra assistances to guest such as helping us to purchase a traditional gift from the local market and booking taxi for ud to the rail station upon check out. Services at the breakfast area can be improved to be more polite and attentive with smiles to match the front desk. Smiling and attentiveness will bring the hotel quality to the next level of a 5 star boutique hotel.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, there is a light scent of aromatherapy, which smells good. Thanks to Ms. Lin at the front desk for enthusiastically helping us upgrade to a deluxe room for free. The service was particularly good. Ms. Huang at the front desk also introduced us to local snacks and attractions. The room was luxurious, large and quiet. It was a very comfortable stay. Overall very satisfied... worth recommending

During the Spring Festival, I stayed in Shantou for three days and two nights, but I had no choice but to book only one night at the Queen Hotel. You can imagine how popular the destination is. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, but not many are willing to comment. I just want to say that this hotel is the most outstanding scene of the Spring Festival trip! I arrived near the hotel and parked in the afternoon of the fifth day of the first ***** month. The housekeeper was waiting to lead me there as scheduled. The small park was crowded with people. Pushing open the door in the most golden position, you can separate the hustle and bustle, just like entering a paradise. I booked two Heyi suites. Because the children were unwell, the hotel arranged the room even before the check-in time, and took the initiative to ask the chef to make white porridge and side dishes for the children, which was very touching. This suite is not facing the Zhongshan Pavilion in the small park, which is a little regrettable, but the interior is low-key and old, the color matching is pleasing to the eye, and it is both classical and modern, which is the kind of appreciation that makes travelers happy. The fifth floor of the hotel is even more colorful. The terrace occupies the c position of the block, and the night scenery of the small park is unobstructed. Sweet soup served with exquisite tableware in the evening and four kinds of exquisite breakfast in the morning, every bit of it permeates the profound heritage of a good hotel. I told my roommate that this steady and far-reaching service is enough to make up for the flaw of the hotel being located in a busy city with a little noise. I like Shantou, and I must come back again next time I find a normal holiday!
