Generally , the location is very convenient especially it’s near to the famous food street of Shantou, where all the local delicacies are available n tasty. Overall cleanliness, service is good n will definitely come back again.

The location is good as the bus from the airport stops directly at the hotel. Surrounding there is a mall and have bus from hotel to go to 小公园。

Breakfast is good. The hotel is properly kept. I was, however, disappointed with the lack of room service and difficulties with the staff's little knowledge of English.

This hotel is so well maintained. A big thanks to Ms Wen Jin from Liu Ling Bar for being so attentive and helpful. She delivers her services with great passion and enthusiasm. Also like to give a word of compliment to Mr Derek for arrangement a good room for our stay.

Shantou Sheraton is located at a very convenient for most of the tourist. Parking is available with many spaces and easily accessible back to our room. I am very impressed with most of their staff - Zoe did a fast and friendly check in upon my arrival and Eleven also did an amazing job during our check out. Most of their staff are well trained and proactive. I will definitely recommend Shamtou Sheraton to anyone coming for a vacation here.

Room is clean but bathroom toilet won't work, call front desk More than 20 minutes but nobody pick up the phone. I need to get down to speak to them.

The room hygiene is okay, the facilities are okay, the snacks in the hotel are okay, the service attitude is good, it is more expensive during the Chinese New Year, the wellness center experience coupon was given but not used, there is Starbucks and Pizza Hut downstairs.

Overall a good stay, the design using bamboo is rather creative and the service is great. It’s good that they have an e-butler service using wechat for international travellers, so you can contact them for any services required. They have a small gym and rooftop bar (which wasn’t opened when I’m there in the morning, but of course). Even though, I was a little disappointed that they don’t have coffee in the room and that they did not change my bed sheets even when there is a stain on it.

Hotel location is very good, the front desk staff Lisa and Carl's service attitude is very thoughtful, patient and enthusiastic. Contact in advance to help us upgrade the room type, arrange the room, and then humanize to provide us with other help. Like the hotel's corporate culture, from ordering meals to staying in, I feel excellent. Come to stay and eat next time.

On the last day of summer vacation, I took the children to play at the surrounding seaside and stayed in a hotel to celebrate my birthday. The hotel also gave away craft beer, which was a full experience! We booked a city-view room and a sea-view room. When we woke up in the morning, we were healed by the scenery. The children were very happy. We ate the buffet breakfast for more than an hour. The ingredients were very fresh and every dish was exquisite. After eating, we walked directly to the side. It was a very wise decision to stay in a hotel for one night at the Chaozhou Museum and Zhenbao Museum. The two-day itinerary was full and it was a very pleasant stay!
