Generally , the location is very convenient especially it’s near to the famous food street of Shantou, where all the local delicacies are available n tasty. Overall cleanliness, service is good n will definitely come back again.

The impression was we booked 4 rooms and we got all on the same floor, adjacent to one another. The twin room bed was 4 ft size - loved it. The location was perfect, close to two shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby. The gym and swimming pool were great too. The minus was only the air conditioner was not sufficiently cool in some of our rooms, and it couldn't go colder even we adjusted the lowest temperature.

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

Shantou Sheraton is located at a very convenient for most of the tourist. Parking is available with many spaces and easily accessible back to our room. I am very impressed with most of their staff - Zoe did a fast and friendly check in upon my arrival and Eleven also did an amazing job during our check out. Most of their staff are well trained and proactive. I will definitely recommend Shamtou Sheraton to anyone coming for a vacation here.

It was the only “nice” hotel in Chenghai area. But it’s getting worse since more and more tourist tours are accommodating there. The cafeteria is usually full house during breakfast. 2 things I’m really disappointed for my recent stay: I saw a mouse running in the cafeteria at 7 a.m. breakfast time. They cut the cheese platter for breakfast. I shall stay in Shantou city instead for my next trip.

Hotel was okay but felt like it was really old and dated, quite a few flys in the room. Bed was comfy and location was really good.

Environment: Good location, close to Shantou Station, no need to be late for the high-speed rail. The bamboo design of the main entrance of the hotel is eye-catching. Entering the lobby is also a green bamboo element, fresh and elegant. Service: The front desk gave us a cup of sour plum soup to cool down the summer heat, which was considerate and thoughtful. Check-in is also very convenient. Because it is a platinum member, there is no deposit. Facilities: Entering the room from the public area, the facilities are very new throughout the whole process. There are Xiaodu intelligent control system, heated intelligent toilet, induction floor lamp, etc. in the room, which is very user-friendly and suitable for the elderly to get up at night. Bamboo elements run through every detail, new Chinese style, and the elders like it very much. Hygiene: During the use, I carefully looked at everywhere, and the hygiene was done very well. Even the elders with cleanliness at home felt it was very clean. Because the room type booked was given two breakfasts, breakfast buffet, a combination of Chinese and Western, rich variety, fresh and delicious. In addition, we have some additional small requests and can also actively and enthusiastically assist in the service, warm heart, thumbs up! Pure passers-by tourists, realistic evaluation, this is indeed a treasure hotel worth staying in!

Although I stayed at the hotel for a day ．, I still felt what it was like to feel at home. At check-in, we upgraded the room type ． and gave us breakfast for free. The room also has welcome fruits and snacks. Especially the messages of the two waiters are really moving! If you come to Shantou next time, we will definitely stay at Yutong International Hotel again. Here I once again express my sincere thanks to the hotel staff who have received and served 🙏
