Hotels in Railway Station Area, Shantou

We were very satisfied and decided to stay another night. All staff members are polite and Ms Chen from guest service was particularly helpful.

As a family with 2 young children, it was pleasant to have two rooms of our desired arrangement that can be connected together via an inside door. The two rooms we booked are both spacious and clean. The decorations were the old-fashioned 90s luxury style. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall and it is easy to reach Walmart and Watson nearby.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jane Eyre Designer Hotel. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants in the area, it is centrally located. It was easy to find and as a bonus, the hotel is brand new. The room was spacious, we booked 2 double beds. The hotel room had a fridge, washing machine, toiletries, disposable slippers. I could not ask for more. The bed was super comfy. So much so, that we had the most restful sleep at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Shantou.

I used to stay in Vienna more often, and this is the first time I stay in this new version of Vienna. The decoration style is closer to modern, and the hotel has indoor parking and charging stations, so parking is safe and convenient. The hotel is very close to the East Coast. I recommend everyone to go to the East Coast Park at night. There are many food stalls on the coast. It is a very pleasant place.

I like design of this boutique hotel, good service. We received very good service, especially Stanley (good English communication). The hotel is quite far from Swatow train station (from West square to hotel 3km). no breakfast (There are  many local restaurants 3min walk or 300 m distance). There is only one washing machine and one dryer . We have to wait for a long time until 3 O clock in the next morning. Anyway I will choose this hotel next time in Swatow. And hope to see the improvements.

The room is very big, the location is convenient for traveling around, and there is a free parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving tours. It's very good. I will choose this place next time. It is very cost-effective. Thumbs up

The hotel is new and odorless, with beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, exquisite layout and perfect details. It is very user-friendly and provides a dedicated smoking area, which is really friendly to me as a smoking enthusiast. There is a 24-hour front desk service. The front desk lady is warm and polite. There are many parking spaces at the door and parking is free. The hotel is in a good location, located in the center of the East Coast, very close to the highway exit and MixC, just a few minutes' drive away. The hotel is an independent building, very quiet and not noisy, equipped with an elevator. The 3rd floor is a sky garden with an open-air balcony where you can view the sea and the river. It is worth mentioning that the proprietress's service was warm and thoughtful, and she delivered breakfast to our room on time in the morning.

The service attitude of Chaoshangju Hotel is impeccable! As soon as I got off the bus, the staff took the initiative to drive the door and carry the luggage, and was as enthusiastic as a friend who had known me for many years. When checking in at the front desk, the young lady was not only fast, but also carefully informed the best temperature of the room air conditioner, even the breakfast time and restaurant location were specially emphasized. At night, I would like to ask if there is a 24-hour pharmacy nearby. The front desk brother on the phone detailed the route of the two stores. I was afraid that I could not remember and sent a special positioning. This kind of thoughtful and intimate, living too comfortable, must give full marks!

We stayed for three consecutive days and actually felt everything was good. However, on the last day, they called to urge us to check out before 12:00. The order clearly showed that Gold Diamond members can check out until 14:00. Although I didn't make a fuss with the front desk, I hope they will improve in the future and check the order carefully before calling!

The service is very good, the room is relatively large, but it is quite noisy facing the street. . . And my husband ate breakfast and was admitted to the hospital. I don't know what happened to the fried rice. He had abdominal pain and fever after eating two bowls. He went to the emergency room of the hospital for three or four hours but still couldn't be treated.
