There is a café, a McDonald's restaurant, and a parking lot on the first floor of the hotel. The guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and hygienic. "Travel makes you and me friends." I drove to the hotel and had contacted the owner in advance via WeChat, who confirmed that the parking was conveniently located very close by. I was highly satisfied with the hotel's service, location, and cleanliness. The owner also provided excellent tips for local sightseeing and dining. However, I definitely don't recommend driving in the city center. The roads are very narrow, electric scooters are everywhere, darting around and completely disregarding traffic rules, and finding a parking spot is almost impossible.

Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The layout of each guest room is very open, with large floor windows facing the courtyard, or the morning and sunset, or listening to the sound of rain falling on the eaves. Each room has its own scenery and enjoys privacy. Meet the person you want to like and come to "Shanheli", facing the beautiful scenery, encountering sunset stars, and experiencing the long years in the mountains~

The hotel is conveniently located right behind the Post Office, and it's just a ten-minute walk to a small park. The front desk kindly upgraded me for free to a room with an openable window. As soon as I opened the door and saw a ray of sunshine in the room, I instantly fell in love with it. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, and I had a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbances at all. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent place! It's right by the ferry and incredibly close to a small park. Definitely recommended! My only reservation was the room layout: the entrance door directly faced the bed, which felt a bit unsettling and lacked privacy. Cleanliness: The hygiene was pretty good. Facilities: The TV's screen mirroring feature was a definite bonus.

This hidden gem of a coffee shop and guesthouse is tucked away in a small park—the location is absolutely perfect! Despite being in the scenic area, the rooms are very quiet and equipped with a projector. The manager thoughtfully provided a detailed city walk guide beforehand. The rooms were impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. They sent a check-in guide in advance, responded to any questions instantly, and even recommended restaurants frequented by locals. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the experience far exceeded my expectations—five stars! The coffee was a bonus!

My main complaint is the squatting toilet and that the toilet/shower area and the wash stand area are of different levels and there is no demarcation ***** to show the difference. I almost tripped several times and luckily my foot did not go into the toilet hole. I had to put a pair of bathroom slippers at the edge of the toilet/shower area to alert myself about it. I have to praise the room cleaner who came to clean while I was in the room. I complained about how dangerous it was and that I had to put bathroom slippers to remind me of the difference in floor heights. The next day, when I came back to the room, there was a warning sticker on the floor. There was no chair in the room which was quite inconvenient, especially when I bought dinner to eat in the room. Other than those two issues, the location is good if you like to visit public parks. There is one really near the hotel.

Room a bit small, but with the price, no complain. Lady at the counter very friendly, borrowed an umbrella 🌂 from her as the next day rained nonstop.
