I came to Chaoyang on a business trip this time and booked this hotel online in advance. The overall feeling was very good. There was a loving sign in the lobby, which was very nice. It was really helpful for me who was unfamiliar with the place. The laundry room on the seventh floor was also great. I often travel on business and have stayed in many hotels. The laundry room of this hotel was very clean and hygienic. When I went to do laundry, I found that the waiter was cleaning the washing machine. I will choose this hotel again next time I come on a business trip.

Super satisfied with this hotel. First of all, the geographical location is excellent. It is the only way to get off the expressway into the city. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi in the bustling neighborhoods. Secondly, the hotel design is quite original. The lobby, rooms and restaurants are all perfect. The location of the hotel is good. You can get there in 10 minutes by getting off the highway. The sea and the water park are just outside the lobby. The bad experience is that the hotel is currently being renovated, the machine is ringing outside, and the hotel facilities are too old, and the door lock is broken and used later The key is the key. This is a room in a hardcover room community. The normal occupancy rate of home purchases is not very high. There is nothing else to play around except the sea. It takes about 50 minutes to go to Shantou City Center (such as Shibattery Park) without traffic jams. Don't live here if you are not driving by yourself, it is very inconvenient to get in and out. It is not convenient to supplement daily necessities, and the supermarket downstairs can't even buy fresh milk. On the last day, it was rainy and the sewer smelled bad. In particular, the sheets in the small bedroom don't know what the scum is. It takes a long time to lie on it.

My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

Paying the top hotel price in this city, I would have expected an earlier advice for my accomodation option. Room is large and clean, breakfast spread was plenty... Although the room is a loft, the space is actually quite spacious, and the moon lamp is very beautiful! The room is well equipped
Service: I didn't know which floor I was at when I arrived at the location, and I called the boss twice but no one answered. Later, I got through, and after going up, I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet, but it was already 2:30 in the afternoon. Later, the boss changed me to another room, which was solved quickly. I give it a thumbs up

AAnh-BaoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

GGuest UserHotel is extremely near Mixc Mall and Suning Plaza. Many shops and food stalls downstairs. A short walk away (5min?) is the famous food street. Many choices at the breakfast buffet, i especially love the douhua with many toppings (self select).
Room size is good enough, and it's clean and modern.
Love the self service laundry and the Aunty who helps out. Staff is polite. Dad is very tickled by the robot who sends things when it takes the lift.
However I saw only one lift. I'm wondering how busy it'll be should there be a peak period. I was surprised when I checked out at 11.40am, there was no rush and no wait for the lift.
Overall a satisfying experience.

YYipLocation is near everywhere yet not near everywhere. It's in the middle of everywhere and is considered excellent location if you have access to DIDI transport. As a foreigner, such location would be a huge challenge if only relying on roadside hailing of taxi. The hotel main entrance is in the middle of both ”dropoff” points so either side, still have to walk a little. Not a big issue, unless it's summer which is exactly the season of this trip. even a 1min walk in 35degree is uncomfortable.
Housekeeping is done daily, place is kept very clean, service is amazing, upon check-in, add the front office guy on your wechat and if you need anything or any information, it's just a text away. They don't provide proper towels tho, instead they give 4 one time use towel
Room itself is very nice and interesting, it's a loft unit with high ceiling (I think it should be 6m height), so it's divided with a loft to form 2 ”rooms”. Decor nicely done with curtains for privacy for both rooms. Ample lighting, washing machines inside the unit itself, but dryer is only available at the office which means you have to lug your newly washed clothes down the elevator, hop on the opposite low rise lift and head over to the office to access the dryer
Would I stay here again? I'll explore other hotels that is within walking distance to good food, but cleanliness is still my top priority and this hotel ticked that box

RRosianaThe hotel location is convenient for food, shopping and moving around. Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the entrance. It's also convenient for taxi to pick up and bus stop also 100m away.
The front desk receptionist are all very well train, I specially like the service of 丹丹&小蔡 who check us in, they were very patient to their guests, always displaying a smiling face, and also have us very good advise on where to go around town, excellent attitude for service industry. Shantou is good for us food and we decided to extend another night stay at the property, there 小张&小林 the other 2 receptionists who are very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy to pick up this hotel:)
By the way, the air conditioning in the room is powerful, perfect for this extremely hot weather. The housekeeping ladies were very efficient too. Thumbs up!
