The moment I opened the door, I heard the electronic lock emit a chord sound like a spring. The modern and simple design that came into view was in line with my aesthetics! The air was filled with the scent of wood! This artistic old money style homestay unfolded an immersive narrative about modern travel for me during my trip to Shantou in May. There was a former hotel concierge Golden Key in the store, who was very enthusiastic and provided very considerate service! He introduced all the delicious and fun places around! He also sent me an electronic map for me to browse! For me, a newbie in Shantou tourism, it was really practical! I overslept the next day, and the breakfast time of the homestay had already exceeded, but the beautiful girl at the front desk still asked the kitchen to prepare rice noodle soup for us! It was really considerate and warm! There was also a small gift (star towel) before leaving A very comfortable living experience! Looking forward to coming again next time! Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Facilities: antique, the owner has carefully designed the style of the homestay. Disposable bath towels are standard for homestays, and there are also hot compress sleep eye masks. This time I drove all the way south, and I had the best sleep at his house for two nights. Environment: Pet-friendly is a plus point. Opposite is the check-in point of Shantou Hostel. You can check in in the morning and evening when there is no one, and you don’t have to rush at all. Hygiene: The washing and drying machine on the top floor is very hygienic, and high-temperature disinfection solves the embarrassment of going out to change clothes all the time. Service: I am very happy to get a small gift when I check in. The recommended local delicacies are super delicious without queuing. I especially like the tea room downstairs. The owner has a full emotional value of drinking tea and chatting. The 24-hour butler service parking and luggage are all solved. I will choose to stay here next time.

Comfy classy boutique hotel. The service was superb. The housekeeping auntie was so smiley and pleasant and the service staff was accommodating and helpful. The only downside was the room TV was not easy to operate haha, so the staff was so nice and went to my room personally to assist me (I was staying alone) Location was awesome, a lot of eateries and shops in the vicinity. My elderly parents would visit the nearly wet market every morning during our stay.

It was a short weekend after May Day. The whole Shantou was not as crowded as expected. We booked a room temporarily on Friday morning and were lucky to have a view room, which gave us a very good start (it may also be because we didn’t have to queue up at the Chaoshan hot pot restaurant we liked at noon on Friday, and we were in a good mood). The high floor and the sea view are very beautiful. The afternoon thunderstorm quickly cleared up, and we unexpectedly captured two Shantou styles at the same time. All the service staff were very kind and considerate, and it felt like home. Before taking a bath, I asked for a bathtub mat. The auntie brought it and gave me two more bottles of water to replenish water after the bath. It was super considerate. The location is very good, at the center of Longyan South Road and the small park, and it can be reached by motorcycle in more than ten minutes. There are too many delicious foods in Shantou. It’s a pity that we didn’t have time to enjoy the sunset in the room during the two-day and one-night trip (it’s also too late to sunset at 18:55 in summer 😭) Ps. A small suggestion is to have a small hanger next to the bathtub, which is also convenient for placing bath towels and bathrobes

Excellent place! It's right by the ferry and incredibly close to a small park. Definitely recommended! My only reservation was the room layout: the entrance door directly faced the bed, which felt a bit unsettling and lacked privacy. Cleanliness: The hygiene was pretty good. Facilities: The TV's screen mirroring feature was a definite bonus.

From the moment I landed to my departure farewell, the entire experience was simply exceptional, warranting a sincere and enthusiastic recommendation! Our butler was incredibly attentive to detail. He proactively reached out a day before to discuss my check-in preferences, and even remembered my casual comment about wanting to capture some local characteristic photos. Upon arrival, he had not only prepared welcome tea and hot towels but also presented a local specialty – licorice fruit – as a thoughtful welcome amenity. Its refreshing sweet and sour taste instantly alleviated the travel fatigue. Entering the room, I was met with even more thoughtfulness: knowing my preference for subtle scents, he had already arranged for a calming fragrance to be diffused. The faint woody aroma in the room was incredibly soothing, and even the complimentary mini-bar had been stocked with carbonated drinks, just as I liked. Each morning, breakfast offered authentic Cantonese dim sum. The *har gow* (shrimp dumplings) boasted thin skins and generous fillings, while the phoenix claws (chicken feet) were incredibly tender, falling right off the bone – he even mentioned arranging with the kitchen to tailor them to my specific taste! Upon returning to my room in the evening, the turndown service had already been meticulously completed. A freshly prepared, perfectly sweet (and not at all cloying) goodnight dessert awaited me on the bedside table. But what truly impressed me was that he had created a personalized travel itinerary exclusively for me, incorporating my schedule. The lesser-known photo spots he highlighted were not only uncrowded but also incredibly picturesque, resulting in stunning photos. After posting these pictures on social media, my feed was instantly flooded with requests for the locations! Whenever I wished to find a nearby coffee shop or explore a local park, he would meticulously suggest the best routes and even thoughtfully advise on peak times to avoid crowds. There was absolutely no perfunctory service throughout my entire stay; every request was promptly addressed, and every detail meticulously handled. This professional and genuinely warm-hearted 1-on-1 butler truly elevated my travel experience, making this trip twice as enjoyable!
