第一次來紹興旅遊 這家酒店也是朋友推薦給我的 入住體驗實在是棒極了 其它的就不多説 因為也是新開的 設施什麼的 無需多言 很贊 單説夜床服務這一項 讓我甚至欣喜 現在很多好的酒店都已經沒有這一項服務了 或者説也是象徵性的做一下 然而木棉花做的太好了 我出門的時候因為來不及 化粧品散了一台 回來都幫我整理好了 被子衣服都幫我理好了 還留了個便簽 我真真真真的要表揚 客房部態度一頂一的好👍 希望酒店生意興隆 同時夜床服務能夠按照這個質量繼續下去 非常愉快的旅行 謝謝你們啦!

臨時起意帶娃到紹興吃吃逛逛，新開的酒店，毅然 選了這裏！因為娃生日，酒店還給佈置了房間，送了蛋糕，很感謝！不得不説，這裏服務是真好，房間設施一應俱全且品質在線！衞生也是無可挑剔，位置優越，紹興天地對面，到哪都方便！早餐半自助式，品質很高！迷你吧免費且不敷衍，行程原因，酒店還給了延遲退房！一個懶得寫評價的人必須要給木棉花凱悦大大的好評！是我們以後紹興的首選酒店！

帶小朋友來紹興看迅哥兒，選擇酒店的時候看了新開的木棉花，凱悦臻選肯定不會差。設施都是高科技，服務人員也很好，打掃衞生的阿姨也很認真，正常打掃要求都給予滿足。早餐半自助。小餛飩和手工麪很好吃，咖啡也好喝。贈送的mini吧和下午茶也不錯。下次來紹興還會選擇。
