"The accommodation environment is good, and the service is excellent. I encountered a small issue during my stay, which the housekeeping department handled perfectly. I booked a deluxe twin room, and the front desk upgraded me to a room on the second floor of Building 8, near the elevator. Upon entering, there was a strong odor from the toilet side, but it disappeared after flushing a few times. The room lighting was a bit dim, but the courtyard view was beautiful, and it was quiet at night. On the day of check-out, I even went to the first floor opposite to look at my room from the outside and noticed that the windows were tinted, providing excellent privacy, which was reassuring. The breakfast selection was decent, and the taste was standard. I particularly enjoyed the fried noodles and preserved vegetable biscuits. One suggestion: I hope there can be labels for the three sauces in the salad bar, indicating their names. It was quite a long walk from Shaoxing North Station by subway. I'd recommend taking a taxi directly from the high-speed rail station to the hotel lobby instead. Check-in was very smooth, and overall, I'm satisfied. I hope to have the chance to stay at Shaoxing Hotel again when I visit Shaoxing in the future."

"The room and environment are quite good, typical Atour facilities. However, I'm sorry to say the service was the most unsatisfactory Atour experience I've had to date. Firstly, from the moment we started to check in, it was clear there weren't enough staff available to prepare the rooms. We had to wait a full two and a half hours after arriving before a room was ready for us. Secondly, on our last day, we wanted to request a late check-out, but we never received a confirmation."

"The Red Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the bustling water town. Lu Xun's former residence is just a short walk away, and the food downstairs is incredibly delicious. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with disposable toiletries. It's quiet at night, with no noise, and there's a self-service laundry room and a refrigerator – very thoughtful touches. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, assisting with my luggage and providing detailed travel information. It's a great value hotel, a true gem, and I'll definitely stay here again."

Our room also had an open balcony, and the design that combines both privacy and great views is a nice touch. They even offered a complimentary hotel photography service, and the photos turned out really well, far exceeding our expectations!"

"I couldn't help but take photos the day I checked in, thinking I must leave a good review: Wen Du Yuan – the 'warmth' really comes through in the details. Things like the clothes drying rack near the air conditioner vent, the laundry room on each floor (with hand-washing sinks and dryers), small meeting rooms, and a shared kitchen (not heavily used, but definitely convenient for those with babies). The bathroom fixtures are quite smart, and the direct drinking water and ice maker are big pluses! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing. Oh, and the breakfast has a great variety and everything tastes good; the congee was clearly made with care. The chef was very enthusiastic, hats off to them! Just a small suggestion: the gym is missing some heavier dumbbells. Could you add options like 15-15.25-15.75-20 (kg) for guests who need them? (Awaiting your feedback). "I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and I'd definitely choose it again if I come back. I usually stay at chain hotels, but all the nearby Hantings, Orange Hotels, and Atours were either too old or had too many negative reviews. I tried this one for a night and immediately extended my stay for another four or five days. Pros: The facilities are new and complete, hygiene standards are met, the service is warm and well-trained, and the location is convenient. Although the bed is quite close to the door and you can hear people talking in the corridor, luckily it was off-season so it wasn't too crowded or noisy. I could tell the hotel had already addressed soundproofing issues; the door is quite thick and heavy. I'd recommend choosing a room on a higher floor, on the inner side, not an end room, for a great experience. They also offer welcome fruit daily (though it wasn't always fresh one day), and I received a welcome gift on the first day. Cangqiao Zhijie street is just a 5-minute walk away, and within 2km there are shopping malls and the Lu Xun Native Place scenic area. Food delivery is plentiful and fast, and almost every time, the robot delivered my order right after it arrived. The service attitude is excellent; much better trained than many newly opened hotels. The staff are enthusiastic and proactive, and any issues communicated via WeChat were resolved immediately. I was really impressed with the cleanliness; in all these days, I didn't find any bugs except for one fly. Cons: The overhead shower in the bathroom had a slightly chaotic spray, splashing everywhere, and it was directly facing the door crack, so the floor outside would get wet every time I showered. On the last day, the air conditioner's warm air had a slight odor. It would be helpful if there were 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Make Up Room' signs to hang on the doorknob (I didn't see any electronic ones). This way, the hotel would know guest preferences without prior communication, and housekeepers wouldn't need to knock to ask if a room didn't need cleaning. The cleaning staff, however, were still very responsible."

The hotel is close to the attractions and it is very convenient to go there. The breakfast is also very good with rich choices, so I don't have to think about what to eat for breakfast."

"Taking advantage of spring's arrival in Jiangnan, I came to experience the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town. Before arriving, I was already looking forward to immersing myself in the special atmosphere of these towns, and choosing Keqiao was definitely the right decision, as was selecting Youchao Hotel. The town at night is beautiful, and the hotel is right by the small river, truly evoking the feeling of 'small bridges, flowing water, and homes'. Walking on the cobblestone paths, I felt like I was part of the town. After a tiring day of exploring, I returned to the hotel for a special cocktail. In my slightly tipsy state, my affection for the town grew even more. The hotel itself is also stunning, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window showcasing many plants that blend seamlessly with the hotel's Chinese-style decor. The service is excellent too; after I requested something, they responded very quickly. This money was truly well spent!"
