Chuqi Bieyuan (Cangqiao Zhijie Branch)
"The room was cozy and clean, and the bedding was comfortable to sleep in. When we checked out, the owner even gave us a small local gift. The courtyard environment was also quite beautiful."
Shaoxing Hotel
"The hotel is nestled at the foot of Fushan Mountain, just tens of meters from the Fushan Park entrance. It boasts a serene environment, but public transportation isn't very convenient. We were given a room without an elevator, located right next to a construction site, with no view whatsoever. For this price point, the conditions are definitely not worth it."
Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao
"The service was great! They called in advance to ask about my arrival time and room preferences. After checking in, they even provided Sam's Club snacks. The room was also very clean. I had a really pleasant stay, thank you!"
Manju Hotel(Shaoxing Ke Qiao Wanda )
"Good ambiance and location"
Jishan Literary Hotel
"The hotel is right next to the ancient city gate, and the night view is stunning. The facilities, hygiene, and environment are all good, and the service is very warm. We even received a souvenir when checking out. The only thing that could be improved is adding a partition outside the bathroom, especially since most families booking family rooms have older children."
Dongyueli Hotel (Shaoxing Downtown Area Cangqiao Straight Street)
"Terrible experience! The room was incredibly small and cold! The sofa was also tiny, and the storage box underneath dug into my legs. I regretted it the moment I walked in! Paying 457 for such a frustrating stay! It wasn't relaxing at all to come back to the hotel. I stayed in the 'Scenic View Deluxe,' which was actually room 8111 right by the entrance – a truly bad experience! Plus, the automatic toilet kept flushing by itself at night, which scared me to death, and I'm not even a light sleeper!"
Zheyue Hotel (Shaoxing Lu Xun Hometown Cangqiao Straight Street)
"The room was clean, but even for one person like me, it felt a bit cramped (maybe because it was a Saturday). The location is good, and taking an early morning stroll along the river in the old town was a pleasant experience."
Nanyuan e-Home Hotel (Shaoxing East Station Wanhe City Branch)
Crowne Plaza SHAOXING by IHG
"Having stayed at many Crowne Plaza hotels, the Crowne Plaza Shaoxing lives up to the same high standards. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are spacious and spotless. I'll definitely choose to stay at Crowne Plaza again next time I'm in Shaoxing."

Mumian Shaoxing, In The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Hotel
"The hotel's environment is great, and the location is excellent, right next to a river and a park, with plenty of dining options, which is super convenient. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor – it's elegant and grand. The toiletries are Atelier Cologne, grapefruit scented, which was a nice touch. Good quality overall. The hotel was also very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, the staff were all very good, especially the doorman who greeted me warmly."
Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Shaoxing LuXun Guli Ying'en men )
"They gave us a room on the third floor, which is the top floor, and the hotel service was excellent. We even got complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. Breakfast is conveniently located right behind the front desk where you check in. The hotel also offers free parking, and our room had a lovely little balcony with plenty of space – very comfortable overall. I'd say it's pretty good value for money."
The Origin Hotel(Shaoxing Olympic Sports Center Municipal Government)
"This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍"
New Century Grand Hotel
"Hesitated long time before booking this hotel given some comments were very discouraging. Happy that I did book. I booked for the location & the swimming pool. The no reception and app download check-in process are indeed very uncommon with staff not welcoming nor particularly polite as it feels they’re annoyed and want to go back to their phone, but this can be cleared quickly. Apart from that which I was expecting, WiFi is just not working, forget about it. All the rest was beyond my expectations. Good soundproofing in 17F, decent hygiene, good breakfast with plenty of options including local dishes, good beds. Elevators are indeed very slow to go down but go up quickly. Location is perfect to do most site visiting by walking, many food and drinks options around, good view and convenient for taxi and didi. Special point : there’s a sign downstairs with recommended itinerary for site visiting and food options during three days. We followed and found the tips very adequate. I will keep that app and come back to this hotel if travel to Shaoxing again."
Youchao · Dili Resort Hotel (Shaoxing Keqiao Ancient Town Scenic Area Branch)
"The entire town has a charming Chinese aesthetic, with lanterns, moonlight, a lake, and small bridges – everything a photographer could dream of. The hotel is right by the river, offering views of the distant bridges, and in the evenings, a magical, fairy-tale-like mist rises from the lake, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The whole town feels ethereal, and the hotel's decor, rich in traditional Chinese style, blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Staying here, you get a real sense of the serene and free-spirited life of the town's inhabitants from earlier times. This trip was absolutely worthwhile; it was fantastic."
Shaoxing Jinmaila Platinum Hotel
"Very nice place to stay, breakfast was also nice. Well behaved staff. But the public transportation is scarce."
Molan Guanting Hotel (Shaoxing Luxun's Hometown City Square Branch)
"Facilities: The room was beautiful, with excellent amenities. Cleanliness: Super clean. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They escorted us to our room and explained the breakfast and evening stew times. Welcome Fruit: The fruit was fresh and delicious. Evening Stew: I wasn't in the room, but the staff even brought it to my table. The fruit pudding was delicious."
Grand House Shaoxing
"I've been longing to stay at Shaoxing Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang, especially on a rainy day. Finally, from May 26-28, it rained, and I got my wish to visit Dayu Kaiyuan. That afternoon, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded us from a garden-view villa in phase one to a courtyard villa in phase two. She also thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and suggested sightseeing routes. There was even a shuttle to take us to our room. The hotel was formerly the ancient village of Yuzhou, a classic Jiangnan waterside town with a river running through it, white walls and black tiles, ancient Ming and Qing dynasty mansions, cobblestone alleys, and an old opera stage. The rainy old village perfectly embodied the misty charm of Jiangnan. The food at Yujia Courtyard was delicious, and I definitely want to come back and stay for a few more days."
Wassim Hotel (Shaoxing Lu Xun's Hometown)
"Good hotel"
Shaoxing Kaiyuan Life Hotel (Luxun Hometown Subway Station Cangqiao Straight Street)
"The room's location is great, right next to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere, and dining is also super easy. Plus, many places are within walking distance. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends next time."
Shaoxing Xianheng Grand Hotel (Lu Xun's hometown Yintai store)
"It is a nice hotel. My room was very quite and clean. The location is convenient."
JI Hotel (Shaoxing Paojiang Shijijie)
"goodd"
Shaoxing Haitang Wenyuan Hotel (Lu Xun's Hometown)
"This courtyard-style hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to visit Lu Xun's former residence and other attractions. It's right next to Grand Joy City and IFC, with small streets on both sides filled with snacks and restaurants. The A Zhong Shaobing and Chongqing noodles were delicious; arriving around 3 PM, I was probably hungry, but they tasted amazing! The hotel room was exactly as depicted in the promotional pictures, overall very good. The complimentary tickets to the North Latitude 30° Pavilion were a fantastic surprise – that pavilion is absolutely brilliant! You *must* see the 360° surround movie inside. The entire pavilion is meticulously and thoughtfully designed, with various large-screen displays that are incredibly vivid. It's also perfect for kids, a definite must-visit. Surprisingly, it's not very crowded, which many people might not realize."
Atour Hotel Joy City, Lu Xun Hometown, Shaoxing
"Very good location being near the key tourist spots (鲁迅古居,沈园,仓桥直街 etc) and a big mall (大悦城) with plenty of good eateries around. Walking distance to these places. Friendly staff and super clean rooms as with the usual Atour standard. The porridge supper tops off the experience. This is the 4th time we stayed in an Atour hotel this year. For sure we’ll come back. 😊"
Lanyu Weiyue Hotel
"The hotel is not far from the hometown of Lu Xun, and it is quiet in a busy city. After checking in, they gave me a gift, which was very thoughtful. The room facilities were average, and the pattern of the carpet caused complaints from friends, and it felt dirty. The breakfast was too average, just at the level of a chain hotel, and the key was that almost all of it was cold, only the milk coffee was hot. The shower water was good. On the first day of check-in, the door of the nearby room was always dripping, and on the second night, someone upstairs was busy all night, and the sound of chatting and moving furniture was particularly loud."
Jinghu Inn (Shaoxing Yangjiang West Road Gymnasium)
"They worst hotel it was so dirty and my room was full of flies the bedsheets everything was dirt"
