The rooms are very comfortable, and Puwei even upgraded our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea right at our doorstep. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service, especially from Puwei. He is not only incredibly helpful but also guided us through all the surrounding itineraries. He even picked us up from the car park and assisted with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated due to the uneven roads. Overall, this trip has been thoroughly enjoyable, despite Shaoxing not being fully developed for international tourists yet. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Specially driving to cover Lushan to relax, directly chose Muge Mountain Residence, the experience is directly full! The homestay has its own oversized infinity pool, and it is a big atmosphere film. Originally booked a special big bed room, the store upgraded the room type for me for free. The window is the green mountain. The room is clean and transparent. The most pleasant surprise is that the package will directly send two glacier rafting tickets. Kaiyuan Guantang hotels have never disappointed, and this stay at Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang was just as excellent! The hotel is nestled at the foot of Dayu Ling mountain and is essentially an ancient village, a vivid depiction of small bridges, flowing water, and homes—a perfect place to relax and unwind! They have shuttle carts, and the staff service is exceptional and very warm-hearted! They helped us with our luggage and even pushed the wheelchair for the elderly. Special thanks to Xiao Du (Du Jingchao), Xiao Zhu (Zhu Biao), and other service staff who ensured we were always picked up and dropped off precisely where we needed to be! They left us with no worries! Xiao Lü's follow-up call was also very thoughtful! This vacation was truly wonderful and delightful!

they put 2 double beds together to make a king bed, which wasn't ideal. the room could have been colder and more air conditioned provided it was 35 degrees celsius outside the whole time. i think it was over priced especially for the national holiday. good location otherwise and in the middle of a lot of bustle. staff was super friendly! the breakfast view was better than the actual breakfast-- the food quality was just okay.

Since we were driving, the owner contacted us and sent us the location for easy navigation. The location is excellent, right in the scenic area, very convenient, and there's free parking in the basement. When it rained and the temperature dropped, the owner sent us milk tea and fruit, which was a warm welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a smart toilet. The air conditioning was powerful and warm, a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a nine-square grid and a wide variety of dishes. Definitely recommend!

The hotel room was great, and the service was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive; the shower and air conditioning were particularly powerful, heating up the room very quickly, which was fantastic. It's conveniently located for getting around, with a subway station right next door and attractions nearby. Lu Xun's former residence is just a five-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again.

The B&B is right next to the Lanting scenic area gate, and the views are lovely. We checked in at night, and there was only one auntie at the front desk. My ID card wouldn't scan into the system for a long time, which was a bit frustrating, but the auntie was very friendly throughout. After scanning, she still had to manually register everything, which felt a bit time-consuming. Another family of three who arrived with us had to wait the whole time and were getting a bit impatient. We originally booked a family room, but they told us they'd upgraded us to a business suite, which had two rooms and two large beds. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, the TV was completely unusable; you needed a membership, and you couldn't cast anything, which was a letdown. Also, the shower water wasn't hot. I showered around 10 PM, and the water was definitely not warm. I didn't have breakfast in the morning, but my husband and child did. They said the breakfast wasn't good and didn't take any pictures. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't great, though the beds were quite comfortable. On the plus side, it's a pet-friendly hotel, and there's no deposit, just a fee, which is pretty good. 😊

The B&B has a beautiful environment and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The host is hospitable and the service is attentive. It is convenient to travel around and experience the local customs. It’s a wonderful place to stay while traveling and highly recommended!

Breakfast is rare, but the ingredients are very simple, except for porridge, yam, corn, pastries, etc. are a bit cold. . The sound insulation of the room is poor, there is a room to play cards, and it is in the middle of the night. Also, this time I stayed at the hotel, my luck was really bad! Not only did I lose my room card when I went out, but also my pajamas were pulled in the hotel when I left! Stayed in such a hotel for more than 20 years, this is the first time I have encountered it!

The bed is soft and comfortable. I was able to have a good rest. This hotel provides excellent service and comfortable accommodation. Will come back next time. I will recommend this treasure hotel to others without hesitation. The manager said that the old windows should be renovated in a while to better isolate the noise, which is great👍🏻.
