和女兒兩個人一起來泡個酒店，酒店是設計師酒店，確實佈局光影裝飾很有設計感，是年輕人喜歡的暗黑調。房間內床品舒適，洗護備品很不錯，迷你吧飲料有特色，有夜床服務，有很多網紅打卡點，服務也很好。酒店送的下午茶和烏篷船都不錯，還有咖啡製作教學，都很有特色。大堂吧環境不錯，工作人員服務非常棒，在這裏體驗了製作咖啡，下午茶，雞尾酒，都非常愉快。但入夜儀式太簡單了，就講幾句話兩個小姑娘拎着燈走一圈，為了觀看，捨棄了傍晚出遊時間實在太不值。現在來説説欠佳地方，酒店私密性不夠，房間和對面紹興天地商圈商户里人員都能近距離看到，必須拉上窗簾。酒店早餐是半自助，品質太普通了，和酒店定位不符，三個套餐品質不高，和宜興凱悦甄選完全不在一個等級上。自助部分水果品種少品質低，和普通酒店差不多，吃了2個冬棗新鮮度也不高。咖啡出品不錯有拉花，還有特色紹興黃酒奶咖，次塢打麪不正宗，配菜澆頭鹹菜筍乾肉絲一點不好吃。燕麥杯做的不錯，烤南瓜好吃。房間空間不是很大，沒有浴缸配備，據説衹有套房才有，泳池不知道有沒有。這些都是打折部分。

這家凱悦地理位置優越，離各個景區都比較近，出行方便，而且服務特別好，尤其是客房部張埡瓊服務周到，貼心、還有禮賓部門僮小哥哥非常親切，相應速度很快，幫忙拿行李，非常感謝，贈送船票和下午茶也很實惠，不虛此行。

酒店服務特別好，肥腸愉快的體驗，雖然入住的時候遇到了一些問題，但是經理和工作人員們都很迅速專業的解決了╰（*´︶`*）╯ 衞生設備都挺不錯的，酒店開門就是紹興天地，吃飯買東西非常方便，停車🅿️最好早點和酒店聯繫，酒店和商場共用停車位，人多的時候要排隊。去周邊景區打車也很方便。晚上睡前會提供蒸汽眼罩，雖然在商場旁邊但是挺安靜的。
