這家漢庭酒店位置非常好，在主幹道旁的一個小路進去不遠處鬧中取靜，步行到魯迅故里和沈園大約4百米左右，小路出來就是公交魯迅故里站去那裡都方便，坐公交車2站可以到書聖故里和八字橋，坐公交車4站可以到博物館和府山公園及越王台。酒店總枱及服務生都很好，進出都主動打招呼問好，我年紀大了想延遲退房午休一會，總枱同意2點退房太貼心了，必須給她們點贊！早餐中規中矩也對得起這個餐費，另外在酒店出門口放了免費的瓶裝飲用水供住客出行時隨手拿取也必須點贊，紹興之旅非常開心滿意，美景美食美女美酒店！

別訂 能把你薰不行。到了發現它是新開業的，一進去那個房間味道直直沖腦門，大廳/連廊/室內衞生間 味道非常大，是剛裝修好急着營業嗎？待了一會兒，我連口罩都帶上了。真的太重的味道了，而且房間也很小，廁所裏更難聞，一股裝修味。打開空調吹了很久，入住的比較晚，受不了氣味打電話給酒店退了第二天的房，我感覺他們也知道自己房間味道很重吧，我説味道很重，他們讓我在平台上申請退款。

客觀評價，新開的酒店環境算挺不錯的，地理位置也好，停車場進來的路有點難開，總體異味不大。房間隔音一般。服務要好好説下，太亂了，首先入住的時候衹給了房卡沒給電卡，第二天下來刷磁兩次。連住兩天，中間打掃衞生不乾淨，礦泉水也不給拿新的，浴巾也沒有收掉，希望後面能改善。下次來還會考慮

酒店就在景區旁邊，樓下有家時尚女裝店和咖啡店，酒店環境好，聽還有自助咖啡機，裝飾的風格也非常整潔，旁邊有條小河，早餐很豐富，前台美女很熱情，衣服濺臟後還主動幫我清洗，晚上也安靜，總之很滿意。

新開業的酒店，設施很新，還有點裝修的味道，在老城內，晚上安靜，早餐簡單但味道可以，房價便宜，有免費停車。走路去魯迅故里約10分鐘。
