The staff were super friendly and super helpful. We felt as honoured guests and thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. If we are ever to visit Shaoxing again, we’ll definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you all.

Facilities: Quite new, especially the shower head in the bathroom. It was very comfortable to take a shower, and the bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. After a day of playing, I almost recovered after a night's rest.
Hygiene: Very good, very clean
Environment: Very good, still the style we like
Service: Very patient. The first room was arranged in the corner (I had noted that I didn't want a corner room before booking). I contacted the lady at the front desk and she immediately upgraded the room to a room in the middle of the corridor. When I bought something at night, a robot was arranged to deliver it to my door, which was very convenient.

1.衞生特別差，哪裡都是臟的，浴室臟的，門後有噴射狀污漬，不知道是血還是什麼！！！！！！早餐盤子也是臟的
2.床邊感應燈都沒有，住過這麼多全季第一次遇到
3.空調噪聲大

衞生：很臟 燒水壺內有茶葉殘渣 蓋子有不明液體 蓋子邊區污垢很嚴重 衞生間小飛蟲 污漬很多 洗手枱都是有污漬
環境：差跟其他全季差多了 不隔音 打呼嚕聲音 走廊很大聲音第一天
服務：一開始入住一直在推銷 攜程用户區別對待
