The room is large, but the bed is a bit small and the free space cannot be used. The sanitation is OK and the service is very good. It is still quite new.

It was such a cold day that there was no air conditioning. I asked the front desk to come and see the matter, but they just said a few words and said they couldn't change rooms. I even caught a cold. They told me to put on more clothes and the cold would be gone.

本來是不想給酒店差評的，下午出去時跟前台講過衞生間洗漱盆下面櫃子裏有4月8號的外賣垃圾，今天都26號了，還有馬桶後水箱上按壓旁邊有毛髮還是卷的，花灑漏水，我25號入住的，洗澡時發現問題看到太晚了就想着不麻煩前台啦，第二天白天再講，花灑是處理好了，有一説一，但我想説的是你們做衞生的都不檢查櫃子麼，還有管理層查房的也不查櫃子的麼，就連馬桶後水箱蓋子上面是白色的，上面有毛髮都看不到的麼，本來以為講了酒店處理了，我就算了，畢竟大家都不容易，可氣的是我講完了都還沒處理，回來也沒收到貴酒店一句解釋和道歉，貴酒店就是用這樣的衞生和服務來對待住客的麼？以後哪個客人還敢來住呢？
