Grand House Anchangguzhen Shaoxing

We booked a "𡋾Villa Deluxe Twin Room", but after checking in at the front desk, the waiter took me to a building and opened the door. I climbed three flights of stairs and finally reached the third floor. There were two guest rooms on the floor, and there was another room opposite ours. I went in and opened the curtains and was shocked (see picture). The 𡋾Villa room had no garden, no terrace or balcony, and the front building was close to the back building outside the window. There were several guest rooms in one building (didn't I click "rent" in groups?), which overturned my understanding of "𡋾Villa room". With the coordination of Ctrip customer service and the hotel, I finally changed to a room with the same room type but on the first floor, at least I didn't have to climb stairs, but I found that the curtains in the room could not be fully drawn, and I had to take a chair and a cushion to sleep at night. Fortunately, there was a supervisor, YULin💛, who was sincere and apologized to us many times. I hope the hotel can improve so as not to mislead guests to choose room types.

The hotel environment and location are very good. It is located in Anchang Ancient Town, and the hotel has a direct access to the ancient town. The room is very clean and the service is good. The breakfast variety is not too much, but I am generally satisfied.

The room was very good, but it was not popular when we checked in at the end of March. We had to book a time and set breakfast (2 types in total) and it was delivered to the room. The waiter was very good, but there was a small gate directly to the ancient town, but the directions took us a long way. We were given a 1-hour tennis court, but we didn't know where to play. The front desk didn't tell us anything when we checked in. The hotel was deserted.

This accommodation experience was great. The hotel environment is grand and high-end. The front desk butler warmly welcomed us, helped to carry the luggage to the room, and prepared welcome fruits. The room facilities were new and clean. What was particularly surprising was that breakfast was delivered to the room the next day. It was a very heartwarming service. The hotel is only 2 minutes away from the ancient town, which is very convenient. It is really worth recommending. I will choose his hotel next time.

It is very convenient to go to Anchang Ancient Town. You can directly reach the bridge of the ancient town by exiting the small door at the back (the door in the fourth picture). The hotel service is also very good. It happened to be the 38th day of the month. They also gave gifts and roses. How thoughtful! The room has good lighting, air conditioning and floor heating. It is very spacious and has a good experience. We arrived a little early on the first day, and the hotel checked us in immediately. There is a free underground parking garage for driving. It is good to drive on weekends. There are many snacks and soy sauces in Anchang Ancient Town. It feels great to sit by the river, drink tea around the fire, and stroll around.

The double room I booked is in the main building, and breakfast is on the second floor. The wontons are delicious. The villa complex of the hotel is nice. Villa No. 17 leads directly to the ancient town, and the night view is very nice at night. I think if you are going to the ancient town, it is very suitable to stay here! But I recommend the villa room type, which will be quieter. The service staff are very good. A little episode was well resolved. Recommended.
