A very suitable hotel for lying down, with few people and very quiet. The staff is very attentive and warm, especially the lady Sherry. The breakfast, afternoon tea and Chinese restaurant are all very delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. I was very happy eating, which can support the dining needs of staying in the hotel for three days. The weather was bad and cool, and there were limited activities and venues for playing outside. Basically, we entertained ourselves in the room. Fortunately, we booked a private hot spring room and could take a hot spring bath when we were free. There is a celadon museum on B1 of the hotel to visit. The night bed service comes with a silk eye mask and hot tea, which is good news for lazy people.

It's definitely our cup of tea! Beautiful environment, fresh air, rich breakfast variety, and the Chinese restaurant's dinner is perfect. It's a good place for leisure and vacation. I've already booked it for June 😁

The hotel is very beautiful, with its own charm on rainy and sunny days. The Chinese restaurant has good food~ As a hotel restaurant, the price is quite reasonable. The atmosphere of the elegant hall is very good. It feels very good to sit on the sofa and drink and listen to the singers at night. PS: The staff Xiaoying cecile is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and some of the requests we put forward were perfectly solved for us🌹

A landscape hotel that blends well with the surrounding natural scenery. Although the location is relatively remote, it also feels like a paradise because of this. The overall experience is still very good. The service is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they will help with luggage and carefully introduce the room facilities. There are beer and sparkling water in the mini bar, as well as capsule coffee. The breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western categories, and the Western pastries are well made. The cruise project is not perfunctory at all. The whole journey takes half an hour. It is recommended to experience it in the evening in spring and summer, so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunset with a breeze. Pet-friendly, it is a plus for guests who keep pets or love small animals. It is not recommended for those who are afraid of dogs 😂 There are also a few shortcomings. I hope the hotel will do better in the future: 1. We stayed for a total of two nights. Comparing the breakfast on the first day (Saturday) and the second day (Sunday, the number of guests increased significantly compared to the previous day), we found that the tableware configuration on Sunday was perfunctory, with only chopsticks, while on Saturday there was a complete set of knives, forks, spoons and chopsticks. The fruits are also very different. On Saturday, there are cherries, pineapples, grapes, etc., but on Sunday, there are none of these. There are only bananas, oranges, cantaloupes... Although the hotel will tell you that the varieties will be changed every day to ensure freshness, it should at least be of the same level. This is common sense. There are similar problems with the buffet. Salami is gone, and both sides have become another type with lower costs. Of course, these are just minor problems, but appearing in a hotel of this level will make people feel uncomfortable. 2. There will be foam plastics floating to the balcony upstairs. Although the cleaning staff has cleaned it, it will soon appear again. I don’t know what the reason is. 3. The air conditioning heating effect is almost non-existent. Fortunately, the temperature was relatively high during the two days of stay, so I was too lazy to report it to the hotel. 4. About the mirror: There is no full-length mirror in the room; the makeup mirror is useless. It is placed on the washbasin. Either bend over to put on makeup, or move it to the desk. It is better to install a normal folding makeup mirror on the wall. Overall, it is still recommended, but the quality is reflected in the details. I hope the hotel can live up to the name of a high-end hotel in all aspects.
